We had a problem-free lunch here on our road trip. The food was all tasty and served as ordered, and the service was polite. The restaurant was pretty clean with plenty of seating. We sat in the front room, which has lots of natural light, a large table, and three larger comfy chairs with small side tables. We will stop here again on a future road trip since we like Hardee’s food!

Picked up breakfast today for the first time in years. Check out the pictures of the biscuits. One looks good but boy does the other look nasty. Certainly not of the same pan and the overcooked thinner biscuit is much older. Gravy is okay. The steak biscuit is not the same product they sold a year ago- weird shaped patty. Eggs and tater rounds were ok. Not a breakfast to brag about, that’s for sure.
The smoker who stood at the drive thru- U R Disgusting. It is unappreciated and unacceptable when people smoke where others are eating or doing business. The county policy is AWAY FROM DOORS AND INTAKES-get away!! U stink!

Had a dollar hamburger assembled wrong and the bottom was charcoal burnt. I took it in to complain and the employee went to a manager and I over heard…is that the burger that was made upside down? Good grief! They knew they were passing a poorly made and burnt burger out the window. See attached photo. Seriously this was totally wrong on many levels. I will never try anything ever again at a Hardee’s. Even the corporate office did not acknowledge my complaint. I did however get my refund at the counter when I complained.

Loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I know the person was just hired and that was her first day. The other employees were gladly assisted by the GM. They worked together as a team and you could tell that was a everyday routine for them. I highly recommend it to others.

Stopped here to grab dinner because we wanted something different and this bit the spot. The fires were fresh and the mushroom burgers were very very good too. We also used the restroom and it was clean and had plenty of paper available. If you’re in the area and want a smashing burger this is the place.

Since reviewing here while back, this Hardee’s has improved on cleanliness, customer service, and quality.
Henceforth, I am changing my rating from 2 stars to a 4 star.
The food was hot and perfect. Customer service was awesome. And they was cleaning while I was present. Disinfecting the tables, and bathrooms. I was the only one in dining room at the time.

On a long distance drive. Drove-thru Hardee’s because I was hoping they still had their turkey burgers. No turkey burgers, so I ordered the chicken club. What I found instead in the sack i was handed was some sort of hamburger. Not happy with that. I didn’t have time to return to the store to get what I ordered.

The place was deserted when we got there but a couple of cars came through the drive thru and 3 people came in after us, but after a lengthy wait, my food order was wrong and had to be remade(only one patty on a double cheeseburger). There was an employee sleeping in their little lounge area. One older man working was doing great and very friendly, but he was running the counter, drive-thru, and then had to go in the back and help the cook to get the food orders completed. I felt bad for him.
