I decided to try this place for the first time and ordered wings just to get a feel for the food before purchasing anything else, especially since the menu prices were a bit high. I ordered a 10-piece of half plain half mild wings. The wings were extremely small literally not even the size of my thumb. When I was handed the box, it honestly felt empty. The 10 wings weren’t even enough to feed my two toddlers, and they were still hungry afterward. I paid $18 for 10 very small wings with no fries or drink, and it definitely was not worth the price. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

i ordered the factory burger and thai chili wings – wow. it did not disappoint at all. the burger was soooo good, very well cooked, very fresh. the wings were surprisingly really good too! was the perfect amount of sweet n spicy. will definitely be back soon to try more!

The hamburger meat was incredibly fresh and packed with vegetables, making it delightful to eat. The chicken was excellent even without sauce, but it was also delicious when dipped in chili sauce. The french fries were clearly fried in clean oil. The floor of the establishment was very clean, and cheerful music played, making me and my friends happy throughout the meal. I want to come here often.

Don’t waste your time and money on the chicken tenders. Even Xaxby’s and Caine’s have better chicken than this. Chicken was barley seasoned, rubbery and not crispy at all. For the same price, goto Joella’s and get better quality food.

No parking. Prepaid for my order online lingling Asian lady would not give my 12 yr child our order talking about he’s under age to pick up our paid for food. Cheesesteak is better than Spinelli’s wings good chicken tender sandwich no thank u fries were under cooked no seasonings. Had to put in air fryer to make edible.

I recently visited WNB and was blown away by the experience! My burger was incredibly fresh, with a soft bun and that perfect, tasty flavor you’d expect from a great burger. It wasn’t just warm; it was hot, as if it came straight off the skillet. The best part? My burger and fries combo was only $10, saving me a couple of bucks compared to the usual $12 I spend elsewhere. Highly recommend giving this place a try—you won’t be disappointed!

One heck of a good burger, for sure! I got a double mushroom & Swiss burger meal. Staff was friendly, and place was clean. Food was freshly made, and staff was very friendly! Parking is a bit difficult, but that’s just due to the location on Bardstown Road. Definitely worth a stop by!
