I had the Waverly burger , seasoned fries & drink 9.99 with tax it was 10.81 it was all I could do to finish the burger it was a half pound patty and plenty of fries and I think she filled my DR Pepper 3 times . Can’t get this quality & service at a fast food joint!!! If you live in the area they are looking to hire a cook and servers and you would have a good cook and server training you. I will definitely be back.

I have always loved this diner because of their ham and cheese sandwich and french fries. Today I found out that I have been missing out on so much more. I ordered the taco salad and it was amazing. It was better than any Mexican restaurant that I have been at. In fact it was better than I could have made at home. – As an added bonus, the waitress was so nice. They always are nice in here and I don’t know how they do it but thanks!

Wife and I stopped while we were driving about the area. The waitress was polite and efficient: taking our orders and making a few suggestions.
Wife really enjoyed her BLT and fried pickles while I had the Waverly Burger and fries. The burger came with a very small slice of tomato and a sprig of lettuce. Otherwise it was fine. The fries were a bit undercooked and should have been cooked another couple of minutes. We like to try places like this over the franchises.

The fried cheese sticks we got to go were undercooked and chewing. The appetizer bacon ranch fries were good but a very small portion. Not worth 6.99. I’ll stick to the burgers next go round.

Good morning everyone I’m an over the road truck driver and I found this little diner here. I must tell you guys it is a a must stop put this one on your calendar it’s got really good home-cooked food grits and eggs was perfect this morning. Got a cheeseburger to go Looks great. The ladies in here are very friendly. It’s a great atmosphere plenty of parking.

This diner is small with really good food. We had the red beans and rice and some fried pickles. I asked if I could order, white rice by itself, which is not on the menu, but I asked to give to my dog. They provided the right amount at a very small cost.
