Online order , arrived at location employee working on 11/22 at 6:00pm was rude and sandwich was not properly made missing oil , tomatoes and red vinegar .Asked for extra onion but also barley any was added . Loved this subway till today lady needs to get fired .

I ordered my sandwiches online for pick up. I had ordered three foot-long‘s and 6 inch subs. When I arrived, the shop was empty, and the gentleman was doing nothing. Once he saw me and I told him about my order he started making my sandwiches but completely messed them up. It took him over an hour to make five sandwiches that I ordered online. The five sandwiches I ordered only two were correct and the rest were wrong. This gentleman and location do not have any idea how to run a subway sandwich shop and should be closed down. I don’t understand that if you can’t even make a sandwich why do you own this shop? You are better off going down the street to the subway shop in the smart and final Plaza. At least there you will get what you ordered and the staff is more attentive and more caring of your order I am never going to the shop again and I am going to make sure that nobody else within the area ever goes to the shop again. If you are reading this review, then know this, this sandwich shop is horrible and the service is horrible. You will not get the sandwich you are asking forand it will take them almost half an hour to make it.

The lady who just took my order at 12:12pm 6/17/25, there is no need to show vivid annoyance in your face/communication. Very unprofessional to bring outside emotions to your work environment and bring negative influence onto customers. Hope to come again next visit and see a change.

Second time I’ve tried to go get a sandwich before work and they aren’t even open when both google and their hours on the window says they should be. It’s almost 9:15am and the door is still locked. If you’re gonna open late at least leave a sign so people don’t look stupid trying to open the door.
