Our family has eaten here several times but I haven’t been personally. We went right after trunk or treat and the place was packed. The server was very nice and the place was kid friendly for a one year old. Our food did take a very long time but our sever explained they were swarmed from the local event. All in all, all of our food was really good for this type of food. I haven’t had a steak and cheese in a while but it was very good and very filling. My wife liked her wrap and her fries were very good. The chicken fingers were above average and the pizza( not pictured) was very good as well. I would come here again expecting to wait a while, local gem with not many places to go this far away from Westfield.

Finally someone said it!!!!! I don’t know what is going on at that place but it’s weird vibes for sure. I was told “no” when trying to order a drink at a bar of 6 people- counting me. The bartender, Maggie I think her name was said she was “TOO BUSY.” That was the last time I’ll ever go there. Never mind I paid $43 for 18 wings. “Market price” more like mark-it-up price. Poor management all around. Would not recommend.

I love the Russell Inn. It’s a staple to the western MA hill towns. The food is always good. The service is always quick. The prices are always fair. The staff is always very friendly. Good place to go if you’re bored at night and just wanna eat some good food

Was told 45 minutes for the pizza get there a little over 45 minutes later and am told it’ll be another 25 minutes now normally I get it I’ve worked food service. But usually they give me a range of 45 minutes to an hour this time however I was told 45 minutes with no range. I had to leave a get together to get the pizza and then am told when I get here they are adding another 25 minutes.

I used to enjoy their pizza and grinders but not anymore. They changed their ingredients. Pizza sauce tastes like bottled Rago sauce and steak and cheese grinders should be called stringy fat and cheese grinder. Last time I ordered this I could not even chew it, so fatty, I threw it out. Burgers are frozen patty’s which are dry and tasteless, Absolutely terrible. No more for me. Sad that this place has slipped so bad. 3 times now I got sick eating the food. I will be driving elsewhere from now on or maybe cook at home, what a novel idea! I also agree with other posters that they take care of the bar first while others have to wait so long.

Great food and drinks. Issue is on the bar side, the girl with brown hair always has a hard time leaving the bar to attend the tables. Jane doe at the bar is being served their 7th drink by the time the people at the table get their first. I recommend to the manager to get the bartenders out from behind the bar more to attend tables on the bar side
