I have had multiple issues of ordering online and getting home and not having my order. Today I ordered, got home and didn’t receive my custom sandwich combo. Drove back out there, gave them receipt. Waited for 10 mins, brought my sandwich out and it wasn’t made correctly, it had toppings on it that on the original receipt was customized. Waited another 10 mins, brought my sandwich finally correct, but didn’t bring my fries. I expressed how this is always a issue with food missing, and after the time and struggle of getting this fixed, you would think they would try to make it right and give a coupon or refund me the money for the combo for the trouble I went through. This is beyond ridiculous that this keeps happening. Better training to ensure customers get their food, because there is a lot of customers that come from Eagleville to get Sonic. That’s easily a 30 min round trip.

I visited this location this evening, went through the drive thru and ordered a regular and jr frito chili cheese burrito. I get my order and realize I was given two jr burritos. I informed the person who handed me my food and she took one of them back to replace it with the regular.
Meanwhile, I go to take a bite of the other jr burrito and quickly realize there is no chili in the burrito – only a few fritos. When the lady comes back with the regular burrito, I informed her of this second mistake and she takes that burrito back.
Several minutes later she brings back what she said was a corrected burrito and because I had been there so long and was in a hurry, I trusted it was corrected. A few miles down the road I realize ONCE AGAIN, no chili. This was incredibly frustrating and not only will I NOT be back, I will be reaching out to management.

Ordered a sausage egg breakfast burrito. I opened it up and it literally looked like someone threw up in it. I took it back and the girl said it looked normal to her. I got a refund.

Employees are okay-ish. We’re ALWAYS having issues with getting just a basic sweet tea from here though. Just got home with some drinks for my family and my husband’s sweet tea ended up being unsweetened tea. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this issue with the sweet tea and I already know it won’t be the last. ♀️

To be honest, we weren’t really in the mood for Sonic but we pulled in anyway. We always order a pup cup for our dog wherever we go. Let me just say that the employees at this Sonic care enough to put dog treats on top of the pup cup. You guys brighten our day and made our dog very happy. Thank you.

Stay away. This place is disgusting. Two of us had placed an order for chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and their pickles. Their chicken tenders were room temperature and dry. It was clear these had been sitting out all day and were just left overs they threw in to serve us, they were not fresh. Then to add to it, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked as their breading was doughy and there was no cheese pull at all. If you tried to pull them apart they held together and the breading just pulled off or the other one broke in half with a clean break.
Both of us got extreme stomach cramps after eating and vomited. Will not be back.
