We visited on a Friday morning, the host was very friendly and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and it was almost as if she could read my wife’s mind while ordering.

I had the classic breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and french toast. Absolutely delicious, the best french toast I have had in a very long time. 8.5/10 rating.

My wife had the carnitas skillet. She is a big wimp with spicy food so she added avocado and had the green chili sauce on the side. It ended up not being spicy at all and she wished she had just gotten it on the top. While the homemade tortillas were very delicious, they were almost not needed and the skillet could have been eaten right from the dish. The onions could have been cooked longer, they were pretty close to just being raw. 8/10 rating.

We aren’t from the area but visit a few times a year, we would definitely come back to this place

Great little locally owned breakfast place. It was crowded when we went, but don’t let that scare you, that just tells you how good it is.

Holy cow this place is awesome!!! Stopped in for a bite and were promptly sat. The morning crowd being retired folks gave us a good indication that this place is reliable, good food and that was so correct! Service was second to none with ordering right when we were ready, someone coming around with coffee every few minutes, and food only took about 5-10 minutes to come out. And the food! The perfect home cooked diner-feel breakfast without all the grease. Prices were so reasonable. Highly recommend stopping in!!

The Egg is a fantastic spot for breakfast!

I had the strip steak, eggs, and hash browns, and it was excellent—great quality and a really good price for what you get. The steak and eggs were perfectly cooked and so flavorful.

My daughter ordered the Belgian waffle with bananas and Nutella, and it was light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious.

My wife had the biscuits and gravy, which had good flavor and wonderfully fluffy biscuits, though the gravy was just a bit on the salty side. Still tasty overall!

We all left full and happy. Highly recommend giving The Egg a try if you’re in the mood for a great breakfast!

Small, often very busy breakfast/lunch restaurant. A basic bacon, sausage and scrambled egg plate is simple but delicious and they have a range of other products. Prices are reasonable.

Service is top notch. They have more staff than many places and run a speedy and efficient establishment. Everyone working here seemed friendly and welcoming. The place itself is a little basic, but comfortable. It’s a little dark. There is a password protected Wi-Fi.

Parking is adequate.

I can only speak from a one-time visit point of view. It is open seating (you pick your spot). The atmosphere was not cozy. We ordered coffee, water and orange juice. We only received the coffe andorange juice and had to ask for the warer again. The staff is friendly but not very attentive. I had the pork chops with eggs, and my husband had an omelet. The pork chop was thin and dry. The toast was very greasy (buttery?). My husband said the omelet lacked in taste, but the hash browns were good. We were not offered a refill on drinks until we had the check. Again, this was just a one-time visit. Maybe it was just a fluke.

This is a small little breakfast spot, but it was run well. My coffee never got anywhere near empty, and even with a packed house, the food came out quick. On a Sunday morning after church, the wait wasn’t too bad. A quick 15 minutes, and we were seated in a booth. I had the The Egg Sizzlin Skillet and thoroughly enjoyed it with two sunny side up eggs on top. I liked that they have biscuits and gravy as a side option. My wife had the Denver omelet with french toast and was happy with her order as well. The best thing about this place, though… the service. They keep an eye on you and check in at just the right time. Check em out!

What a great hidden gem. The restaurant is small but the food is great! Service is top notch and very friendly. We will definitely be back. I enjoyed the corned beef and hash and my wife the veggie omelette. The biscuits and gravy were good too!

Skillet was good and plentiful. Hole in the wall vibe nothing crazy but it is cozy. Service only had 1 waitress running the show and did not have a welcoming presence. Small talk was nonexistent and trying to get stuff like water in a timely manner was hard to flag down.

Kids breakfast was overpriced for what you get. Mickey Mouse pancakes are cute but nothing to write home about. Might have to give this place a chance again but the service really turned me off.

There is a ton of choice! Everything that we see being served around the restaurant looked great.
We went with a plate of ‘everything’ and eggs benedict, everything was delicious and huge portions…
Service is fast and it’s priced reasonably.
