The service is really good, and the car ops are really nice
CJ, the GM, is also really nice
The food tastes great, but around 3-4 hours later, my stomach started hurting after I ordered CC (chilli cheese) Fries, CC Chicken bites, and CC cheddar bites
Other than that, I really liked the service and the atmosphere

They do not honor their app at all so don’t go to this location. Very unprofessional. Would rather lose the whole order than honor the order.

Took several attempts to get my order and get it correct. After an app order. Had to wait extra after they said the order was@being delivered. After that had to wait for fries since they were out of tots (see p9c of half empty fries) and then was missing gravy. Finally got it all.

Had the new Philly Steak sandwich…not worth a damn!!! It was old dried up meat that was cut way to thin. It was greasy as hell and the toasted bun was saturated with grease. It had absolutely no taste what do ever. They need to go back to the drawing board for this.

It’s fast food. Portions have shrunk some as has everyone’s. Kind of a last choice anymore. The crappy piece of candy they give you desolves in about 20 seconds.

I ordered 2 ft long chilli cheese Coney’s
A large tator tot and a pretzel. My total was $17.30 I went to pay but had only limited funds on my card and the rest was in cash. When I told him that I had to split the payment he said that they can’t. I gave the food back and apologized. But what broke my heart was watching them throw my fresh hot order of food in the trash in front of my face. That hurt really bad
