An utterly forgettable meal.
We were part of a group of 12 for dinner. The place was crowded but not full. The bar-side was empty but the restraunt side was busy so the wait staff was kept hopping. And so they missed a lot of the little things, like menus and utensils and special requests. The place was clean but the decor sterile and dull. Lots of ti’s and noise.
Some folks ordered from Italian items and the over-sized dinner plates full. The non-Italian items were small and oddly plated. We ordered grilled chicken salads that were 90% lettuce, two halves of a single cherry tomato, two pieces of cucumber, and a handful of fries with cheese melted. All served in a chipped broken bowl.
When the check came it did not list the items ordered, just a total for the bill. And some checks, not all, had an “admin fee” that the server could not explain.
If I do remember this dumpster fire of an eatery, it will be for the broken bowl, if anything.

I placed a delivery order, big fish sandwich with fried cauliflower and a side of hot chips – $30.98. It was the most disgusting fish I’ve ever had! The top bun was so hard I couldn’t even chew it, the bottom bun was soggy, as well as the breading on the fish and cauliflower. They arrived an hour and 20 minutes ( 20 mins) later than the 1 hour I was quoted, and was barely room temp. To think I even tipped $5 for it to come less than a half mile. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Came in at 5:20 for dinner. They said they only had a booth open. The person I am with is a little heavy and he had a cast on 1 foot and he had Kane we asked if we could sit at a table. They said there’d be a way there was four tables that were saving six I asked if we could sit at one of them and they politely told me no and I asked for the manager and the manager come over and roll his eyes and said absolutely not it was on a Wednesday so it wasn’t even like it was a Friday Saturday Sunday so he left two older people that one can hardly stand with a cane just stand there and wait so we left so my comment for them is for them being for their patrons and their people in the community, they don’t care if you’re on crutches or whatever if they don’t have a small table, they won’t sit you at a large one. I think that’s horrible service

I ordered chicken for my in laws 60th wedding anniversary. I did order it 4 days in advance. It wasn’t a large order because we had soooo much food but still, I was early to pick it up at noon, they had just opened. I had to wait 20 minutes for an order that I had ordered 4 days in advance. I love the deep fried chicken but really?? When I got there 10 minutes early and I had to wait for 20 more minutes. I won’t be doing that again. There were pizza orders sitting there waiting to be picked up but not mine!! It was such an important day too!! I won’t be doing that again!! The staff didn’t care, what could they do?? It should have been ready, AND I called at 11:30 to verify what time I was supposed to pick it up, the server or hostess said noon, ugh!!

Beware of charges on bill
They have good food but when i got my bill the prices on menu does not match the bill and then they charge you an admin fee on top of that and then if you use your credit card they charge you another fee. These people are insane. I have never heard of an admin fee for a restaurant. In like my wife says not too many people look at their bill

They consistently get our food wrong and if you want it delivered you might as well plan on reheating your food and it showsup 15 to 30 minutes late. I have repeatedly delt with the same issues since they opened this location. The issues are always blamed on “a new guy”. Not once has a member of management or any employee there taken ownership of the issue. This will be the last order placed with Belleria, as this location has tarnished the name of a quality business. The manager Ryan is a rude ignorant waste of space who has no right being involved in customer oriented business. My food is wrong, late, cold, etc. Yet he gets ignorant and rude with me because I don’t want to wait another 1.5 hours for replacement food. What a joke.

We have been eating at Belleria for years with family and friends. We usually eat out several times a week. The last time we were there the waitress messed our order up big time! The food was served luke warm and not very good. We ordered a pizza to pickup another time and it was VERY greasy!! Wondering if you have a new cook? We all decided to to find another restaurant to frequent.

We’ve been here several times and it’s always been very good. We order pizza here a lot. Me, my husband, and one of our kids had dinner here last tonight and even during a rush our food was fast and delicious. Our waitress and the kid from the kitchen were also super nice and quick to refill our drinks and get what we needed.

Wonderful Italian restaurant. We were greeted with kindness in this cute little restaurant that makes their own sauce. Seated then served with fresh warm rolls. We had chicken parm, buffalo chicken chicken salad, and cavatelli with meatballs. Good serving size and very affordable lunch menu.
