Viet Culture in Lawrenceville absolutely delivered one of the best Vietnamese dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I started with the Golden Trio platter, and it was the perfect introduction. Crispy egg rolls, flavorful wontons, and perfectly cooked shrimp were all fresh and packed with flavor. Great for sharing and everything came out hot and crunchy.
For the main dish, I ordered the Legacy pho bowl with colossal ribs added, and it was incredible. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful, and the ribs were massive, tender, and fell right off the bone. The portion size alone makes this a must order, but the flavor is what really sets it apart. Easily one of the best pho bowls in the area.
The Thai milk tea was smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet, a great complement to the meal. I also tried two imported drinks, including authentic Thai Red Bull and a classic Sá Xí soda, which were both fun and unique additions you don’t often find elsewhere.
The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, service was very welcoming and friendly, and the portions are generous for the price. Whether you’re going for pho, appetizers, or just something new, Viet Culture is absolutely worth the visit.
I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.

Wow, I’m speechless. This is my first time eating Vietnamese food and I highly recommend Viet Culture. I ordered the Pork Vermicelli Bowl, my wife ordered the Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl, and we shared the Saigon Sticky-Sweet Fried Chicken Wings which were so very delicious. All of the food, 10/10, and after enjoying everything I’m still very astonished at this very unique flavor profile. Definitely coming again to try new dishes.

Amazing pho spot! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful, and you can really tell they care about quality. The prices weren’t too bad at all, especially for how satisfying the food was. I really appreciated that they have a whole vegan section (such a big plus) and the vegan pho broth was very good, rich, and comforting. The service was great as well: friendly, attentive, and efficient. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others!

I ordered the spicy beef pho ($16.85). The broth was very rich with a deep beef-fat flavor. It came with pork ribs, sliced beef, tofu, and pork blood. You can choose between two types of rice noodles, and I went with the flat rice noodles.
The fried dough stick was a small piece, likely made from fermented dough. It was soft rather than crispy.
I also ordered a pandan durian cake roll ($5.25). It’s made with real durian flesh and not overly sweet at all. I finished it before the pho even arrived .

Saw this place on Tiktok, the location is in a strip mall that until recently was really run down. But it has had a recent update and is very presentable. We visited at lunch, it was a little busy but were seated promptly. We ordered Firecracker Shrimp appetizer. Entrees were the grilled shrimp, came with a soup, fried rice, tomato slices and julienne radish and carrots. We also had the wonton soup. All were delicious, the wonton soup was especially good, wonderful broth, veggies, bbq pork, and egg noodles in addition to the wonton. Service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely return.

Me and my husband have recently been trying different pho places in the area and this is now our favorite We went on a Saturday night. It was busy but not overly crowded—No wait and fast service. I was incredibly impressed by the level of intentionally put into the decor. It really gave the “Viet Culture” feel with a modern presentation. Had a cute little bakery in there too. The service was also excellent, with multiple employees greeting guests as soon as they walk through the door, and being very friendly when taking orders.
We ordered the oxtail pho and beef rib pho, which both automatically come in a large size. For these fancier meat options, the price was shockingly cheap (in my opinion). Not much more than we usually pay elsewhere for more standard cuts. I also appreciated that they still included other beef varieties in the oxtail and beef rib pho options (e.g., flank), bc when I’ve ordered beef rib at other places, it’d come with only the beef rib and I’d have to pay about $5 extra for other meat. The broth was veryyy flavorful! Hands down The most flavorful I’ve had ♀️ They cut the beef rib up and put it in the broth for you with the bone. The oxtail was good but the flavor of the meat itself didn’t wow me and I expected it to be more tender. It was good but probably wouldn’t order that one again because I actually felt the flank in there was much more delicious and tender.

DK our server was excellent, he explained all of our dishes. Our family enjoyed coffee, chrysanthemum tea and an appetizer. Three entrees and every single one was delectable. All of our food came out very quickly and tasted great.We have never given all 5 stars in a review, but this place is a cut above. Extremely clean, and courteous staff.Beautiful inside and filled with awesome people!

The best chicken wings, with a taste that is hard to describe. I don’t normally eat the skin off of chicken wings but these chicken wings are so good. I even ate the skin. The Vietnamese Bahn Mi sandwich is the best I’ve ever had with a smoky taste and umami flavor that is second to none. Excellent service, and the Pho is super flavorful. It takes a lot to get a high rating from me, this place has earned my recommendation and recognition.

We found our new favorite pho place! The pho broth was very flavorful (had a sip of my wife’s) she ordered the imperial pho and it’s a very big portion. I got the Com Vet (Purgatory rice) – Also delicious! Lots of flavors with all the different types of pork and with the fresh vegetables and egg every bite was a different taste. The broken rice had a nice texture. The price was reasonable, too. Cute interior and all the staff was very friendly. I also liked that the menu explained the history behind each dish. That was a nice touch that tied in with the restaurant theme. We will be back!
