How come every time I go thru and order my nacho fries are ALWAYS soggy. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before there is no reason my food should be soggy and not fresh. Please do better for the love of it all, make the food as if YOU were receiving it. No way you grab soggy fries and confidently put them in the container. ‍♀️

Dirty. Tables aren’t cleaned whenever I go there. It takes 20 minutes for 2 combo orders and no one else around at the time but 1 table already eating. They (the employees probably younger than 22) had loud personal conversations amongst themselves from one end to the other with the older male manager on duty joining in. We ended up walking out and finished eating elsewhere.

Just spent over 40$ to be thoroughly disappointed. Quesadillas were almost completely empty, chicken bowl had almost no chicken, beefy 5 layer was almost entirely a tortilla. The chicken bacon chalupas were *Tiny*.
I guess we got our “food” quickly? They go from a 1 to 2 star for that.

Clean store and food was good had an issue with the mobile app going through the manager was great about fixing it but if it’s busy you may want to stay away now the drive through takes forever and mobile order wasn’t any faster the latest time we went

The store is absolutely horrible. Very rarely is your order correct or complete. You can never get somebody to help you even if there’s a handful of employees standing up towards the front counter they are always busy talking. The customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. I’d recommend driving to a different Taco Bell even if it is out of your way.

Within walking distance of a hotel. Sweet. Plane got in late. I googled their hours and quickly walked across the parking lot to order before they closed. The lobby was not open. I walked up to the drive through and the lady said at me through the window. “Oh no not another one.” I laughed to try to lighten the situation thinking she was unhappy that I wanted food 20 minutes to closing. They opened the window and said they wouldn’t serve me without a car. I asked my travel companion to go get our car from the parking lot and they said no. We will not serve you. I said “I can go get our car if we have to.” They said “no. You are drunk. We won’t serve you.” I hadn’t had a drop to drink.

Apparently there was a group before us that tried to walk up to get food. (I had no idea) They were allegedly under the influence. We were not connected to that group in any way. The staff was rude to refuse to allow us to get our car to use the drive-through.

Its great to be so close to a hotel, but management needs to have an evening walkup window for the hotel guests. To be so strict with the drive-through policy and so instantly and incredibly rude to a potential guest is extremely poor customer service. I did not want to eat from the convenience store adjacent to this Taco Bell, so I ate nothing for dinner.

I ordered a burrito supreme, a cheesy roll up and a taco supreme, along w an icee. They gave me some sort of burrito ( beef crunchy taco supreme ) that was grilled with some sort of sauce that I’m highly allergic too. I went through the drive through and had to go back to get the correct food. The person accidentally plugged in the wrong order ( which can happen, people are human and make mistakes). The young guy at the drive through the 2nd time around started to literally argue w me that I ordered a #3. Well would I really order something that I knew would have me put in the hospital? I think not. We went back and forth at least 10 times. Him telling me I’m wrong. I wouldn’t stand for it. They need to teach their employees there to be a little nicer to their customers and not act like a fool. I used to visit there. I will NEVER go back. I know what I ordered. So to the guy who had serious issues today, you need to chill out. Maybe you should find another job where you don’t have to work with the public. It’s a shame that someone has to act like that. Hopefully it was a one time occurance. I would hate to have someone else go through that, and over a burrito? Seriously????????

Often they close the window without handing me a drink and have to re drive through to get the drink I ordered because they ignore you after closing the window.
Ordered again today, wrong burrito. I called ahead and said I can only refund my money after work now, and the guy was rude and short. Never have good service or food.
The poor Asian lady at the drive through window can’t tell the difference between any of their drinks and has difficulty speaking with any respect to customers. If I could rate zero stars I would.
Please do better. People spend their money and expect what they order without attitude when it’s wrong.
