Lovely staff, but sadly a complete fail on the food this day. Granted it was a holiday, but the food was a real miss.
The linguine was overcooked, the chicken atop, cold, but most importantly, the sause was thin. We did get the truffle fries, which were excellent. To counter the issues, with the pasta, we leveraged some of the truffle with the pasta sauce. It certainly helped.
Lastly, the salad was also under seasoned. It was the house. If this place wasn’t exorbitantly expensive, I’d give them a pass, but this was generally unfortunate. Alas, perhaps it was just because it was a holiday and they were short on staff.

I cannot recommend SALT Bar & Table highly enough! I visited from out of state and, in the post-vacation haze, realized I had left my key fob behind after dinner. When I called around frantically, the team at SALT confirmed they had found it and—without hesitation—offered to mail it back to me at no charge. That level of service is truly unmatched.
Aside from being life-savers, the actual dining experience was flawless. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, and the creative cocktails were some of the most phenomenal I’ve ever had. If you want a place that treats its customers like gold and serves a world-class meal, this is it. This is the second time I’ve taken friends when I visited AMI and I will definitely be back! Thank you, SALT!

I ordered the Chilean sea bass which the waitress recommended as a best seller. The food was incredible, the service was 10/10, and the atmosphere was amazing. We were given complimentary champagne for our friend’s birthday. Great for an upscale dinner and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great food, atmosphere and service. There was a gentleman singing and playing guitar next to our table that was a beautiful touch. Soft live dining music. The charcuterie board was enough for the four of us. We had homemade pasta with shrimp and scallops, homemade pasta with blackened grouper and the other 2 dishes were gnocchi with tenderloin. All were very delicious. The service was excellent.

We had the pleasure of Dan being our server for the evening whilst on holiday in Anna Maria. We were lucky enough to sit outside, they lit all the lanterns and turned on the fans (even though it was only us outside). The food was incredible and the service was perfect! We had such a wonderful experience at Salt and Bar! The shrimp pasta was absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked pasta, tender shrimp, and a delicious sauce that had just the right amount of flavor. My kids were thrilled with their meals too, especially the cheeseburger, which my daughter rated a solid 5 out of 5! To make the evening even more special, the chef personally came out to greet her, which completely made her night. It was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Dan, the manager was great too and told us about the history of the restaurant and Anna Maria.
It’s definitely on the price side
but everything on the island is expensive. Treat yourself to a wonderful

I truly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant- the atmosphere, the food, the staff. Everything was a complete 10/10 beyond experience and completely matched our vision for our reception celebration. The owner Steven is incredibly accommodating and humbly professional, he made our experience so memorable. All of our guests had such a memorable experience with us it was an unforgettable meal and time with our loved ones. The kitchen staff is impeccable, the Chef has an excellently oiled machine running. And honorable mention to the valet guy he’s incredible!

WOW! This place was so great! I was having so much fun I forgot to even take one picture! There were 6 of us for dinner; we started at the bar with drinks (because we made a reservation at the wrong restaurant with a similar name, duh!) but they were very accommodating and found a spot which was great!
We shared the burrata, charcuterie and oysters on the half shell, then more sharing, the gnocchi and tenderloin, shrimp and scallop pasta, ribeye, and fish tacos with the catch of the day (yellowtail snapper). Every item was better than the last!
We ended by sharing the special cheesecake of the day, red velvet and of course key lime pie.
Our drinks? As fun and delicious as the food, key lime martinis, lavender martini, new old fashioned #1 and burning passion! Of course wine with dinner!
Our server was Tyler he was attentive but also gave us space and time to enjoy our meal and time together!
We would all go back for sure, in fact we are planning to go back for drinks on the patio where they also had live music!
