I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee who assisted us avoided eye contact, showed little to no engagement, and maintained a negative attitude throughout the entire interaction. Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and this fell well below expectations.
We were also charged for blue cheese dressing that we never received with our order. When you’re paying premium prices for a meal, accuracy and professionalism should be a given. Unfortunately, the lack of attentiveness made the experience feel even more unacceptable.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses it appropriately. Guests should feel welcomed and receive the items they pay for without issue.

Went here today for lunch. There were two employees in the building. One stayed in the back and the girl that came to the front did not say 2 words to us. Didn’t say hello, didn’t say she was ready for our order nothing. As we were waiting for our food, we saw may people come in and get treated the same way. A few even left. Absolutely horrendous customer service. There was no garbage can ad well. Charging what you do and delivering less than average is horrible. Do better

They greet you from the time you walk through the door and even ask how the chicken tastes. This location has got to be the best one… from Oakland, California to Denver, Colorado and now out to Toms River, NJ. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend this location. 10pc combo all flats with Louisiana rub and Cajun corn.

Today I ordered delivery. The wings were great size, but definitely not extra crispy. Additionally ordered a brownie that had no “best buy” date and was as hard as a rock. For $70…I expected better. I tried calling the restaurant around 10pm…no answer. Maybe BWW is the way to go?

Absolutely disgusting, waited 45 min in dirty so called food establishment. I have been in cleaner rest stops. We were going to eat there but quickly changed our mind during the wait. Finally got the food took a short 1 minute walk to the car and opened our bad. Fries soggy, cold and undercooked. Took 1 bite of the wet oily boneless garlic parm and spit it right out. Completely disgusting- everything was disgusting. I will never recommend them and you couldn’t pay me to go there again

First time trying WingStop and I was not disappointed. I ordered online and took advantage of the special, 20 boneless wings with up to 4 flavors as well as large seasoned fries. Order was ready on time. Boneless wings were large and had the right amount of seasoning/heat. Fries were also well seasoned. The only issue was the wing flavors were not marked on the containers so it was difficult to tell what you were trying. I would certainly order again though.

First time trying wingstop. Sam was helpful with flavor profiles and sauces. Mango Habnero worked really well for us. Expectations were low based on my gps reviews so it was surprisingly refreshing. Will be back to get other flavor suggestions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in here tonight. We were given 2 of the 4 drink cups that we ordered. When no one was there to give us the other cups my friend went up and took his. These works went crazy. Calling us thieves.
The profanities they were saying about us in the back (loud enough where we could hear them) was vulgar.
At the end of the night, once we got home and checked our orders, we all got sandwiches, no wings.
And to the “manager” on duty tonight who did NOTHING to stop all of this, you need to be fired. Along with the whole crew. I will be contacting higher ups. Because we weren’t the same “color” as you, racism is still very much a thing and it’s sick.

Ordered doordash from this location. 4 different wing flavors. All 20 wings boxed up in the same container, mixing all the flavors. None of the bone-in wings were breaded. All were swimming in grease and weren’t seasoned or sauced very well. First and last time ordering from this place.
