We love a good paella and have been searching for authentic Latin food for a while. This restaurant doesn’t pop up immediately on Google but I wish I found it sooner!

Attentive servers, fun & delicious drinks, excellent, flavorful dishes!

We plan to make this a regular spot in our rotation because it’s taken the top spot over other Spanish/latin restaurants we’ve tried in Vegas so far!!

This place is incredible. We went in for Sunday brunch, and ended up having bottomless mimosas and sangria, paella, bacon wrapped dates, and another one of the tapas. The service was fantastic and the food is even better.

Great tapas. Huge wine list and cocktails. Superior service. The happy hour is a must 4-6 PM. … And I just had the most amazing burger ever. Who would expect a delicious whagiu burger is a Spanish restaurant? Yes, they made it.

This spot is a hidden gem! They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has plenty of heat lamps, so it feels like summer even when it’s chilly outside. We came on a Friday night- they had live entertainment! The restaurants offer a very intimate atmosphere! They have a space upstairs for larger parties, but the main dining area is small and intimate. We came here for date night and it was perfect. We tried a variety of the tapas and ended with glasses of sherry. The servers and bartenders were extremely knowledgeable. We took their suggestions on plates to order and couldn’t have been happier!

The food is amazing. It’s the only place I’ve gone to that does tapas where the octopus and lamb are both cooked correctly. The octopus was soft and chewy but I could cut it with a butter knife. The lamb was a perfectly medium rare. The churros for dessert were warm and soft but crispy on the outside. Everything we got was made fresh so it was nice and hot.

The only downside was there was a fifteen minutes period where we couldn’t find our server. But other than that she was on the ball.

We arrived around 6:30pm on Friday (no reservation) and were seated immediately. It’s a lovely setting, seating was comfortable and it was about 75% full. Live guitarist who played beautifully, the reason for the 5 stars for ambience.
Our waiter was excellent, very attentive, and often asked if we needed anything further. The one blonde pony-tailed woman who brought our paella out and slapped the pan down on our table and didn’t say a word was probably the only black mark I’d give for service, but everyone else was excellent.
For tapas we ordered pork belly pave (just ok, probably wouldn’t order again); gambas al ajillo (overcooked and hard, sauce was ok, definitely wouldn’t order again); grilled octopus (I expected more flavor here so was disappointed). We all enjoyed the braised short rib empanadas – seasoned well, meat tender, nice pastry – would recommend. As for the paella mixta, it was nice. Seasoning and recipe depends on what you’re used to and what part of Spain the recipe is from. Super tiny shrimp, small cubes of chicken and pork, and the mussels and calamari were tiny but I sometimes forget this is Vegas and not a coastal area. Having said this, I still think it’s worth a try as your taste and experience might be different from what we experienced.

The he parking can be challenging since the bar next door could be crowded in holiday season. The service was courteous. Tapas were good, lamb chops were tender and tasty; Paellas smelled good and plenty of seafood flavors. Sangria was fresh and little plain.

We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to eat at!!! I’m so so glad we went off the strip for dinner! The food was SO SO GOOD! The staff was inviting kind and friendly!! I don’t open repeat restaurants when traveling but I 1000% want to go back to Tres Cazuelas

Came for Sunday brunch and got to see the owner make the large paella on the spot, which took about an hour. Outdoor patio was shaded and water misting which was refreshing. The paella was delicious. On Sunday brunch there is an endless option for $45 per person or $45 for a typical portion to share. Grilled octopus has a nice char. Not too far from strip.
