1st time at this location. I did not order from the kiosk. This location was full of people sitting inside and out. I went to the counter to order and a lovely young lady answered my questions and took my order, extremely professional and polite. I had gift cards (more than one) that had to be entered manually. She did so pleasantly. The reviews had stated that there were long waits. I did have to wait but I ordered coffee and had some paperwork to do so my wait didn’t seem long at all. Observation. – As multiple people ordered from the kiosk very quickly the kitchen is not as fast as the kiosk. That’s not the kitchen’s fault. They are all working very hard. You can see that from this seated area. All of my food was extremely fresh and not lacking in any ingredient or size. Coffee was very hot. All milks were full and all coffee pots were full. Clean floors, clean tables, clean restrooms, delicious food. This place is a WIN , WIN , WIN.

This is the first time we had ventured into Panera and I am beyond glad we did.
Each item is very fresh and delicious. There is quite a selection and a lot of healthy food (which for me personally is a favorite).
Very quickly served and you can order via the kiosk or going up to the counter. Plenty of seating and you are able to hear the person you’re with when you sit and speak.
Truly enjoyable.

Filthy facility with absolutely no service. You could die in the dinning area and I doubt they would notice or care. Ordering tablet shows most bakery sold out despite it being visibly present in the case. No one ever comes to the counter even waiting for 5-10 minutes.

Three out of the last 5 orders have been missing items and items received have been missing ingredients. This new building was a mistake, in my experience, it still hasnt gotten up and running, as the orders aren’t being checked for accuracy. The customer service help links don’t work in the app, or the orders corresponding email. All of my Panera orders will now be heavily questioned with reluctance, “Will I receive this $5 bagel?” and if I do order, I will never tip at any Panera, ever again.

The worst order I’ve ever received from here. Asked for 2 cans of soda, received two fountain drinks with melted ice. I figured whatever,
not that serious. Then I opened my sandwich. APPALLING. Some crumbs of turkey and a tiny chunk of avocado with the a portion of the pit still attached. Mostly just bread, barely and chipotle sauce. Cold soup. A tiny piece of baguette for my friend’s salad. Absolutely pathetic. This place is trash.

I stopped here for breakfast this morning. There were lots of choices, but I settled for a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread. My partner got the Steak & Wake and a Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait. I was surprised they didn’t offer any hash browns or other potatoes, but the food we got was freshly prepared and tasty.

Recent order october 2025: I got food poisoning again!!! from Panera. At this location. This is the third time in two years that Panera has given me food poisoning, and I only order it a few times a year. I think I’m done with Panera I can’t risk getting sick like this.
Had the tuna sandwich, Mediterranean vegetable sandwich, and a salad with green goddess dressing.
You can see on the lake county food safety inspection reports that this location has had issues with temperature controlled foods not being kept at safe temperatures, on this year’s inspection report in September, and on last year’s inspection report in September 2024.
Previous reports also indicate a history of not keeping foods at the proper temperature, and using coolers which are not fully in working order and therefore aren’t keeping things cold enough.
Past order : There was no salad in the salad. I ended up adding half a head of iceberg lettuce at home to fill the bowl up midway. I’m irritated I spent $10 on it.
Expectation versus reality for the new chicken bacon rancher sandwich is severe. I would’ve been so angry if I had paid $11 for 3 inch sandwich that was too salty to even eat it was gross.

I really wanted to enjoy this but unfortunately I did not. These new Panera locations have lost their cozy vibe.
This location is messy, very bright inside , our soups were not hot & i ordered a blueberry muffin at the kiosk but they were apparently out of them. It was a struggle to get a refund and they won’t sell you tomorrow’s bakery even though they were fresh and ready.
They lost a sale and won’t ever come back to this location. The old Panera in willoughby was amazing but it was taken away.
Dim the lights and focus on customer satisfaction and be sure your soups come served hot lol
Oh and the water smells like mold so I didn’t drink it. I am pregnant so I could totally smell it

The food was delicious made fresh . The service was very friendly. The new building is very nice and comfortable and seems to be kept very clean . Had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the homestyle chicken noodle soup very good. The toasted Italiano with the Caesar salad was also tasty too.

Not sure why I keep trying. They are constantly out of everything. They have yet to have all the ingredients for anything I have ever ordered. Today I ordered a Bacon Avocado Melt. They were out of the bread. Ok, had to pick another bread. Then I received a melt with no melt and crumbs of bacon on burnt toast and no dressing.
