Very happy with this Starbucks. I like to stop on our road trips out to Indiana. This Starbucks had a clean well stocked restroom. This spot was also right off HWY 80. They made a very good Cortado too! 5 stars for sure!

Worker was very rude and making fun of customers then she proceeded to make my drink horribly – no espresso, tasted like I was drinking straight syrup, and she put cinnamon on top. My drink does not come with cinnamon and I did NOT ask for it. If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would, this is not the first time they have done me dirty.

Very disappointing experience. Our drink was handed to us spilled and messy, and when we politely asked for a new cup, the staff gave us attitude instead of apologizing.
To make things worse, as we were about to leave, we asked for a Pike Place coffee refill, which is clearly a free refill for regular brewed coffee. The employee first said okay, but once we pulled up, she suddenly said she could not give it to us. The way it was said felt unnecessary and rude, almost as if the coffee was coming out of her own pocket.
Between the sloppy service, spilled drink, and unprofessional attitude, this location does not meet Starbucks’ basic standards. Customers should not be treated this way for asking for something that is part of the policy.

Can’t support the Starbucks chain anymore. Haven’t been to a good one here in Trumbull County at all. They mess up the order, and believe me it’s not difficult ( for a Barista), and then they won’t make good and fix it. Not spending my hard earned money on expensive drinks made by A nasty attitude Barista having a bad day!!!!

When ever I travel – I look for a Starbucks for that second cup of coffee during the day! My go to mid day favorite – is a flat white!
I generally use the app, order my favorite drink in advance, and it’s waiting for me when I arrive.
Also, you’ve got to love the points that get accumulated, a free drink is always a treat!

This is the first Starbucks were the service was horrible. The girl told us to pull up to the front to pick up our online order and we did that when we got there she was yelling you need to stay in line and slammed the door because we told her that she was tge one to tell us to pull up. If there is cameras they need to pull them to see how this young lady was acting. Then you gave us drinks that had water and whip cream. No coffee. I should have used my credit card so I could have disputed this charge. The worst Starbucks ever.

This Starbucks is awful. They messed up my drink order horribly and instead of remaking it they gave me half in half in a cup and a cup of ice to remake my own drink. The other drink they also wouldn’t remake and I had to throw it away (next to the trash that was overflowing).

I entered Starbucks for just a water. The lady making coffee expressed that someone would be right with me. I was in a hurry, I understand, but you have 3 employees laugh in a circle on their cellphones as the lady and I asked if one of them would check me out. They said no, the person who will help me will be right with me. I left because I assume you pay people to be on their cellphones. I do not come to this establishment because of your terrible customer service
