Me and my boys came in on Halloween after the trunk o treat in downtown Hopkinsville. We were instantly greeted with smiles and professionalism by the barista Hannah. I wasn’t sure what flavor coffee I wanted so I let her choose. Her choice of the pecan crunch oat latte was excellent as the coffee was amazing. I also ordered a grill cheese sandwich for my son and spicy falafel for my self and when I tell you it definitely hit the spot. She did an amazing job all around. Keep up the hard work and great customer service.

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years and my experience has usually been 5 stars. The baristas there are all so kind and attentive. I recall recently one of the baristas and i chatted briefly about final exams and when i came back several days later she had remembered and asked me how i did. And for my birthday everyone was so kind and chatted briefly ! I love how the baristas are personable people not just annoyed people doing another job (which by the way, doing their job is honestly a super power)

This location thankfully has been very consistent with their drinks, service.
In 13 yrs in the area. I dont believe I recall ever having an issue, aside of rush hour.
So expanding their drive through in a more efficient way, so the intersection wasn’t blocked off, that be great.
So expect delays if its busy. Be careful at the intersection.

The service here is really hit or miss over the last few months. The morning staff is amazing and friendly like always and they will always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. But i cannot say the same for the afternoon/evening staff. More than once i have paid for my drink and it was horrible. Now once or twice it can be overlooked but i have had to get my same drink remade over 13 separate times because they didn’t make it right, the wait will be immensely long even if there is only one car in front of you, and the staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when you speak sometimes. I have been frequenting this location for a long time and i honestly am considering driving to the Clarksville location just so i can finally have my drink done correctly with GREAT service the first time.
