Amazing food that’s freshly prepared, not heavy, but extremely flavorful. You have your bowl made by choosing exactly what you want and how much you want, with options for add-ons. The environment is not overstimulating, the staff is friendly and helpful, making this a great option for quick food that isn’t fast food. We will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend visiting Fresh Kitchen!

Love Fresh Kitchen! It was a happy day hearing one was coming to Lakeland.
Their whole idea is serving food more “fresh” and healthy. It does taste like real, whole and yummy food. I always enjoy whatever I end up getting here, and have tried a lot of different combos. It’s a big fan favorite at my office, they order FK probably several times a month (at least) for lunch.
The one bad thing is the parking situation. This place is almost always crazy busy, because it’s good, so the parking is always lacking and never easy to navigate. But you can do an online order so you can pick up and go. There’s also some nice outdoor seating.

Ordered a three plate and got hardly anything of each of the portions for what I ordered. Then I had to wait five minutes for coconut rice to finish. I don’t know if they rushed it or not. But it was not finished. The rice was crunchy. Which means it’s Under cooked. The portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. When she scooped my chicken she dropped so much and didn’t try to replenish any of it. It wasn’t even a full scoop. 10 dollars for a sample bowl. Chipotle part 2

The food is good, but the pricing feels a bit off… paying $4 extra for barely any steak doesn’t seem worth it. I’ve only been here a handful of times, but every visit I’ve ended up waiting around 10 minutes for one or two items in my bowl. I understand places get busy, but as a business, it would be great to see better preparation during peak times so customers aren’t waiting for their entire bowl to be built. Overall decent food, but the experience could definitely improve.

I met a friend here and it was okay. You get your food from the line by telling the staff which options you want. You get your food fast and there is no wait for it to come from the kitchen. It was clean, BUT it was very loud. Between the kitchen noises and the music. My friend and I had to talk extremely loudly. Sitting outside might be a better option for anyone that doesn’t like a noisy restaurant. The food was flavorful and the prices were reasonable. The service was fine for a faster food establishment.

So glad I no longer have to drive to Tampa for Fresh Kitchen! It’s a great spot to grab lunch or dinner on the go without feeling unhealthy. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The prices are a little higher, but I’d much rather pay a bit more for a meal that makes me feel good than less for an unhealthier option, especially since I usually get two meals out of the bigger bowl. Love coming here and having such a great option close by!

I got a FOUR bowl, an immunity shot, and a cafe moo free drink for $24. Pretty steep but for convenient healthy food cooked in solely olive oil? Ugh give and take I suppose! Any combination of ingredients is delicious! The staff was so welcoming and friendly and helpful with suggestions. Love the vibe of the place too

Ordered the four bowl. There’s not even enough rice to make a spoonful for a bite! The steak that you have to pay extra for is cold and the broccoli is old and crunchy! Very disappointing! Will never buy from this location again!
