I ordered at the counter and the person taking my order got all three things wrong. However, the manager Jerry made it right with no complaints and even offered me a pastry as an extra. I appreciate Jerry’s attention to customer service. It reminded me that I will likely order through the screens that are at the counter or through the mobile app. But hats off to Jerry. She did a great job making this right

Food is over priced and sometimes seems like a scam. They asked what free side i wanted, chips, bread, apple, fruit cup so I said fruit cup and they charged me 2.50 more…
Not only that but the service is terrible. Some old guy literally had to yell for someone in the back to come out and take orders of the people in line. This was during lunch time so the staff must have known people are here from work trying to get a quick meal…

Staff was very friendly and kind. I extremely enjoyed their soup ( broccoli with cheddar cheese ) especially the French bread in a bowl so good. Their cookies and pastries tasted mouthwatering. Furthermore, the tea is incredible ( old fashion English kind ). Beautiful urban zone to sit down with family, best part they don’t sell alcohol so very satisfying with families and children. Definitely coming here more often. Loved it.

Looks better than it tasted. Not compare to fresh baked on brownie, cinnamon roll and drinks were a little bland but ok if you want that natural. Still drinks could been better while still giving me the healthy natural quality.

Livin’ the drive thru life. This Panera in Rancho Cordova, is one of the few that have a drive thru. And it’s not too far or cumbersome to get to from Highway 50. Easy enough to get to. But the drive thr ordering/pickup window is physically immediate after the right turn. So if you don’t angle your car close enough, you’ll be stretch armstronging. And it doesn’t help if you have TRex arms.
I’ve been stopping by here occasionally throughout the years. Customer service has been great. But the food quality is a hit or miss. On my last visit, the BLT was a dismal representation of a sandwich. It had two thin, short, see thru, microwave type bacon. But they served the bacon ice cold. Interesting Panera choice. The lettuce was an arugula salad mix. Another interesting Panera choice. The tomato slice was super thin. The bread was delicious, but doesn’t make up for the lackluster sandwich. We also ordered a half order of Greek salad and half chicken Napa salad sandwich. The salad was chock full of the hard core of inner romaine lettuce. Odd the romaine had the core without the leafy green part as it seemed to be sliced off. Another interesting Panera choice. The chicken Napa is my favorite all time sandwich at Panera. But like the BLT, it was a sad sandwich. It was loaded with arugula salad mix but where’s the chicken ?!? It had hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich.

We got lunch, and were asked which side we wanted, and when we chose the apple, they asked if we wanted it sliced. We both said yes. When the food came out, the 1st apple wasn’t sliced. When we said it should be, they seemed annoyed and cut it very poorly. They even left the sticker on the apple. The second meal came out, and again the apple wasn’t sliced. We didn’t ask for it to be sliced as it was such a hassle before. We subscribe to the Sip Club, so we go in for our unlimited drinks often, but are getting less and less food as they keep messing up the orders. It seems they are better in the morning, and worse in the afternoon and evening. I called to speak to a manager later on, and the phone rang and rang and eventually hung up on me. It did this three times, so I gave up. We will get less food for sure from now on.

Either we got such a shift, or choose another restaurant “panera bread” Perhaps this is the worst trip to a restaurant, from the rudeness of the staff, who mimicked my accent three times trying to point out the imperfection of my language, ending with rudeness during meals due to the fact that we took cups and poured some coffee into them, when in restaurants located in roseville or arden-arcade it is welcome. Not to mention rusty dishes and perfectly cold pecans without walnuts.

I ordered tomato soup with baguette and butter. I also ordered tuna sandwich on asiago bagel with romaine lettuce. I received a sandwich with minimal tuna no lettuce, no butter. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Very disappointing

We typically do a pick up order but this time we did a delivery. And we didn’t see the choice on bread as a side for the soup unless it was not available that day…so 4 orders of soups with apples
