People are sleeping on this place. I was told it was the best pepperoni pizza in the Cleveland area, and they were right. The pizza is perfect. Cheese is creamy, pepperoni has the perfect amount of spice, the sauce is not too sweet. The crust is really a cut above with the perfect crunch. The guy at the counter was prolly the friendliest guy I’ve met in Cleveland.
They got some pretty sweet album covers on display making the environment seem quite friendly.

I have not had Zeppe’s in probably 15 years and I was pleased to stop at this location while out east ( I live by Lakewood) and I ordered a plain thin crust and the crust was perfect. Normally I don’t care for a thin crust but this was the perfect thin crust as it’s not too thin while still filling, it was also super crunchy and I loved it!

We got 2 pizzas and pizza rolls to go. The pizza rolls were under cooked and so so at best. The pizza was OK at best. I was disappointed because normally Zeppe’s is good. When I walked in, the manager or owner, a male, was playing with his phone and obviously too busy to help so he passed me to a female who was nice. Just all around poor experience.

I ordered a Joey’s original. The general manager haded there for me and it was perfect.
He added some parmesan and crushed red plates. And napkins. We enjoyed some friendly small Talk.

The pizza was amazing! Overflowing with toppings. The atmosphere in the restaurant itself was basic. 3 tables for eating in. Cool retro decor. It was super easy to order online for a later pickup. I worry sometimes that it will be cooked when ordered and then just sit under the heat lamp until I pick it up but I know that didn’t happen coz I watched it came out of the oven! I will definitely be ordering again.

Zeppe’s pizza is one of the best in the Mayfield and Highland Heights area. We love Zeppe’s! The pizza has just the right amount of cheese and fresh toppings.
It’s just a small shop with limited seating so I can’t really give the shop above a three star but the pizza is great and that’s what counts for my takeout orders.

Food was good but they didn’t send our full order. We had a very large order for staff in a hospital, had it delivered missing an entire sheet pizza. With the amount of people that feeds, this really impacted us, nobody could leave work to pick up the pizza and they wouldn’t deliver. Very disappointed by this mistake, someone not paying attention and sending less than we ordered. Will not place this big of an order again. Too many other options in the Mayfield area.
