Just had Rosati’s in Mokena and I gotta say — amazing experience all around. The pizza was fresh, loaded with flavor, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. The sauce, cheese, and crust were on point
The staff was super friendly, service was fast, and the whole place had a welcoming vibe. You don’t just get great food here — you get great customer service too.
If you’re in the Mokena area and want legit pizza, Rosati’s is definitely the spot. Highly recommend — I’ll for sure be coming back!

We ordered Cheese, veggies and chicken pizza all are tasteless plus we had ordered chicken wings that also not cooked properly and we had garlic bread on order but that also not good so I will not recommend this place for dinner order. The money we spent for dinner we not satisfied from it

I walked in and the cook was walking and eating pizza in the kitchen, the pizza was terrible, I went back the next day after throwing it out and the guy said there is nothing he could do. Rosatis is one of my favorites, not sure what happened this day. I won’t be going back to this location, because he didn’t even try to make it right.

Purchased 2 slices and was handed them in flimsy boxes, walked out the door 1 slipped off. Asked to have it replaced only to be told they can’t do anything about it. Pretty bad customer service. Also pizza was fresh out of oven and sausage was still cold, would not go back to rosatis if I hadn’t visited other location and knew this is not up to par with the others.

We walked in at closing time, but they made pizza for us even though it would mean staying open late.
The man that took our order could not have been more likable. The pizza was amazing. And it remained hot until we got back to our hotel 15 minutes away. The price is reasonable. 5 stars all the way around.

I am a new customer. Have ordered our pizza from other pizzerias. I ordered last week for the first time and then again today.
The food is awesome. Our delivery driver was great. Called to let me know he was leaving food on porch.
But both orders were incorrect. Last week I received ranch dressing instead of honey mustard. No big deal.
But today again, ranch instead of honey mustard. The create your own pasta was supposed to be penne with Alfredo. I got fettuccine.
Not horrible mistakes, but I spent $70. Not sure if I’ll be back. Maybe I’ll try a different location.

The guy working was very nice. I ordered online, paid for extra ranch but did not get it. The slice of cheese pizza was OK at best. The fried pickles were terrible. I threw most of them away. I ordered early in the day and the oil in the fryer must be old and gross based off the smell and taste. On this experience alone, I will not be ordering again. Maybe it was a fluke though. I hope so.
