This location is the most convenient for me, and I have observed inconsistencies in the past. However, this particular experience was exceptionally disappointing. My smoothie had an overpowering celery flavor, including several vegetable stems, and my hummus wrap contained minimal filling and was rather bland. I am perplexed as to why maintaining consistent quality appears to be such a challenge. While I acknowledge that different staff members may be present on various days, I believe a standardized preparation method for each item should be implemented to ensure that taste and quality do not fluctuate so significantly.

Dragonfruit Bowl with dried Gogi berries – was great except for the dried up berries. They stuck to my teeth and were very hard to chew. For the price of almost $12 – the bowl should have come full to the brim.

Wow! This is my first time at this location and I’m sad to say that it was NOT a great experience. I always leave honest reviews and I’m sad to leave this one because I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. So when I walked in the young man who was working didn’t greet myself nor any other customer who came in after me. I was looking to place my order for the combo but he informed me that he couldn’t make food at the moment. So I just ordered my smoothie and left. I am disappointed in this location. Please do better. And make sure it’s clean. I have two stars because I like the business as a whole and at least got my smoothie.

They never answer the phone. I have had several ordering issues with them in the past and literally had to hound them for a refund since they don’t offer them via the app. They made me come to the store to receive a refund because they didn’t have any gift cards to issue, since their app doesn’t allow refunds. They really need to fix their app and the customer service of this location overall. Horrible experience and will never order at this location again

Decent experience here. Staff was pretty nice and helpful for menu recommendations. Food was pretty good and fairly priced. Not expecting Michelin star quality here so it was pretty good for what I wanted which was a quick healthy meal. Would recommend if you’re looking for something filling for lunch that won’t sit in your gut for the rest of the day. Would recommend the jerk chicken burrito wrap.

They’re so slow! It shouldn’t take 10min to blend one smoothie. They need to retrain the current staff because this wasn’t always the case at this location. For the past 3-4mo I’ve been coming the service just continues to go down hill. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru. I had to ask if they were ready to take my order after sitting there a few minutes.

And don’t go on your lunch break, you will have to decide on letting them rip you off and taking what they gave you or going to work late (20min wait to order time/30 min order correction)
Every-time I come here my food is different. Though I order the same thing. Jerk wrap and chia banana smoothie.
Today I waited 20 minutes in drive thru, my wrap only had ice cold rice, beans and unseasoned chicken, no pineapple, no sauce no lettuce or cheese or anything…. And it was teeny tiny – like for a 8 year old.
my smoothie was a different color than it ever is. Usually has a pink tone this one was straight yellow. Idk it makes me feel like I’m paying for all these health boosting ingredients and they not putting them in the food. Ripping you off! Which I’ve had problems in the past with. I am a chef, I know ingredients and I know what is and what’s not in the things I eat.
Smoothie: I’m literally chewing big chunks with every sip.
The lady leading the team today at 1pm was so dismissive. And I was so freaking nice. She Literally didn’t care to hear what I wanted to say or give me an understanding only wanted to shut me up and remake the food with an attitude.
What is the point in remaking something the exact same way you just made it before instead of listening to me to understand that you are not putting all the ingredients required in there.
She cut me off while explaining my concerns just to say “ I’ll remake it. It’s gonna be remade the exact same way but I’m a remake it for you.”
Says its new ownership, however this has been going on for over a year now. Literally every single time I come here my order is completely different than the time before.
And empathy goes so far. Please train your team on this. Customer service is all about understanding the customer.
After having an attitude, they did remake my wrap and lo and behold it does actually have pineapples lettuce Cheese, And sauce. Just like I remembered it.
The lady tries to tell me that the Chia banana boost smoothie is not pink in anyway, Even though for over two years, it has always been pink. So I go on the website and type in the smoothie and Tropical smoothie website- it’s pink. So please train your people before leaving them alone to run a store and basically rip off your customers .
Again, What is pictured is the corrections they’ve made. I wish I could’ve gotten a picture of the dry cold wrap. They gave me the first time.
