The restaurant was clean and we were greeted warmly as we entered the restaurant. Our waiter was warm, courteous, and attentive, The only negative thing I can say about the restaurant was. I wish my fajita came out a little hotter as it was not sizzling on the platter. That said, the food was spot on and very tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Pretty decent Mexican restaurant in the middle of not much else. The taco shells were a bit too hard and the meat really didn’t have much to write home about. They were okay tacos – probably can’t expect too much out here.

This restaurant is usually good, but this visit was not pleasant at all. The waiter was absent for the most part. Hard, crunchy rice and nothing was done about it when mentioned. Food came out cold. The person at the checkout was very dismissive and smacking on gum. Sanitation grade has gone down. Extremely disappointed in both the food and service.

Got dinner at El Nuevo Tequila in passing passed on Google reviews, and it did not disappoint. Ordered the Enchiladas Del Mar and Steak Hawaiian, both were delicious. Service was also supreme. Went during Sunday dinner time, and servers consistently checked in on us/offered refill of chips. Will go back.

Well. Lets just say these guys are worth the local hype! Just got finished with a superb El Molcajete. Well cooked, flavorful, great to look at, and too much for one person unless you are really hungry.
By the way when looking at what I spent take in mind it was a specialty dish with a beer. Plenty of meals starting at 12.50 or less.
Me personally, if they have fresh Horchata and a cold Victoria it’s always a good sign.
My waitress was great and considering the Sunday night dinner crowd I never felt like I was waiting too long.
A great environment, clean, great sitting and bar options and plenty of room for a big party.
By the way, as I was sitting here having my excellent dinner a man and woman had noticed I was sitting alone and bought me the fried ice cream. OMG! What a great way to finish my dinner.
If you’re driving through headed to the beach or the locals who haven’t been be sure to stop in.

Good spot to stop in this unassuming place. Their carne asada is well seasoned and portion is generous. The burrito supreme is tasty as well. I ordered their mango Margarita. It looked so pretty; beware of the brain freeze though

Excellent food!!!!! Second time here, and will continue to come here when we are in town. The drinks were just as delicious as the food!! Had the whole Tilapia and enjoyed the food as much as the sideways glances and stares at the whole fish on my plate…..lol. The chips and salsa are also very, very good!!
