Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorite pizza spots since I lived in Massachusetts. This place serves hot, fresh pizza with delicious ingredients. Customer service is always good too. I’ve always received great customer service from all the employees I’ve dealt with here! Thank you ❤️

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Pizza Hut. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:07 PM, but it turns out they had it sitting in the back the whole time. No one bothered to let us know it was ready until 7:12 PM. That’s over an hour of waiting for no reason. Extremely unorganized and frustrating. I expect better communication and customer service.

Usually not this bad but for some reason my pizza looked a hot mess smh ♂️ idk how he delivered it looking the way it did but he had the nerve to drop my cookie on the porch. I called to possibly have the manager see the pizza they had delivered but they were more interested in just sending me another pizza. Unless you actually see what your product looks like when it gets to their house you’ll never really know what your employees are doing.

I ordered the stuffed crust, large pepperoni pizza and I have to admit they were really friendly and very quick and the pizza tasted super delicious.
The cheese of course in the crust was its separate meal so I pulled the crust away. Ate the pizza first and then ate the crust like it was the fun bread.
This location is designed for I recommend using the app just so you don’t have to wait but if you do have to wait? They’re pretty friendly. The store is very clean and I didn’t mind waiting outside.
The worst case scenario is about 15 minutes, but that’s still very good considering they’re turning a pizza out every two minutes Cut and ready to eat.
The flavor is delicious. I’m going to try their big box soon. That looks like a great deal.!

Im So mad with their horrible service!!! my daughters were so hungry waiting for 3 hours kept telling me my food was going to be ready in 30min, so at the end they can tell me that my order was not yet out for delivery!!!! What a horrible service!!!!!! You guys don’t understand the frustration I feel! My order was supposed to be out for delivery at 10pm and was going to remake my pizza and be handed to me at 12:30!!!

At first, I was going to give a bad review but this Pizza Hut resolved my issue. I ordered 12pc. honey bbq bone-in wings w/personal pan pizza. The 1st delivery was all wrong. I got a 24pc habanero boneless wings…I HATE habanero!!! I called the restaurant and it took me almost 30 minutes to get through. When I finally got through, a very nice person(sorry I forgot his name!)apologized for the mistake and corrected the order. A 2nd delivery person arrived in less than 10 minutes. Food was still hot and fresh. Will definitely order again!

This place has never been able to get a single order correct. We are never ordering from here again. May as well throw your money out a window and pray for pizza, there’s a better chance you’ll get some and actually get the right toppings. This location is so bad, it seems like a prank. First time we ordered pizza, they forgot multiple toppings. We ordered online—there’s no way to miss them. So we got a credit. When we tried to use it, they couldn’t find it, so we had to give our phone number multiple times, including texting a photo of the credit receipt to an employee. Somehow, they lost our number, so the driver couldn’t call for us to open the door to our building. So they cancelled the order and left. Don’t order from this location. There’s tons of better pizza around anyway.
