We had a very disappointing experience during our visit yesterday. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food after placing the order. During that time, no one checked on us, and we didn’t even get water until 30 minutes after being seated.
When we told a staff member that we were ready to order, he said he would send a waiter, but the waiter came about 30 minutes later, even after calling him multiple times.
We ordered fish tikka, lamb karahi, chicken chili, garlic naan, and a mango lassi for our baby. Unfortunately, the mango lassi never arrived.
When the food finally came:
• Lamb karahi was cold and completely lacking flavor
• Fish tikka was also cold
• Chicken chili tasted decent, but would have been much better if served warm
• Garlic naan was the only item served warm and was actually good
Waiting over an hour for food that arrives cold, combined with poor service and missed items, made this a very frustrating experience. We expected much better.

Was craving authentic Chicken Masala & Naan, this place was close to my work and did a take-out order to give them a shot.
The chicken & mushroom was beyond expectations, and I had to slow myself down to enjoy it. The creamy tomato sauce is absolutely delectable, chicken and mushrooms cooked to perfection, and the basmati rice was nice and soft without being mushy.
I can’t speak for service as order online take-out. However when I went to pick up I was greeted promptly at the door by a pleasant server & a wonderfully aromatic blend of spices, and my food was hot and ready.

Food was great. Did the dinner for two and it was a lot of food. Went around 1pm and wasn’t busy at all. Perfect time to go.

I came here for dinner with a friend and it was really good! The service is top tier! I was instantly seated, given a drink and a menu. My server explained the menu and asked for our spice preferences. I got the butter chicken which was amazing!! The bread was a bit spicer than other places. My only issue was the amount of fruit flies and little bugs flying around. It was a little off putting.

India Palace is delicious.
The service is not great (mainly because there aren’t enough waiters), but the food is delicious. If you can sip on your drink while eating the crazy good korma, biryani, samosas and variety of naan, you will love it.
If you’re dying for a drink after a couple bites of spicy food, you’ll probably hate this place because the staff will leave you writhing in pain and tears as you try not to look weak in front of your peers.
My recommendations are as follows: 1) Build up your spice tolerance before you come here for the best experience (if you get less than a spicy level 5, you’re missing out), 2) Bring an additional drink for yourself, 3) Get take-out and don’t embarrass yourself in public, 4) Scope out the place so that you’re the only customer while you eat so you can get top-notch drink service, but this task is very difficult as this place is poppin’.
India Palace is delicious. Come for the food, not the drink that you’ll wish you had.

12/18/2022 – my friend and I went here because we had a recommendation. It was kind of hard to find the location because it was in the strip mall right off the highway and tucked in the back corner. That’s alright we found it anyway. When we walked it, I was surprised if how clean it looked. The restaurant looked updated and very clean. We also knew it was clean because at one point a server brought out the vacuum to clean up a mess of the table behind us. Every table gets new linen after the customers leave. The servers were on point as far as ordering and getting the food out, though my friends and I thought at one point that they didn’t want to check us out because we had to waive them down for the boxes and checks or maybe they were just busy. In either case, it turned out well for us because we were taking a lot and the servers may have known that and let us take our time. Every time we asked for something they got it right away. I think the servers were very good. The food was delicious. It’s a bit on the salty side and very flavorful. Every dish had its own taste . The presentation and portions were prefect to share. We did order quite a bit for two people so there were tons of leftovers. We wanted to try a lot of the dishes so we ordered the platers. There are two sides of the menu and it took quite a bit of reading. I still think it had a good variety for everyone.

India Palace Grill has been a family favorite for many years. The food is consistently excellent as is the friendly, attentive service. The dining room is humble but comfortable, and they class up the place with white table cloths (changed between every seating and somehow magically laundered to remove multiple curry spills). Everything we’ve tried has been mouth-wateringly delicious and the serving sizes are generous. We’re fans of the chicken tikka malasa, the tandoori dishes, lamb rogan josh, and several varieties of naan. (Garlic and aloo are favorites.) The chicken korma is outstanding, full of wonderfully complex but comforting flavors. The samosas are tasty as is the mango lassi, and it’s ridiculously easy to overeat the kheer. (It’s ridiculously easy to overeat everything.) The menu is vast with several sections that should appeal to many palates. There is a sizable vegetarian selection as well.
Overall, the culinary selections at India Palace Grill are a delight to the senses.

I’ve been ordering from this place since they first opened, and every year the food seems to get worse. This time I ordered the lamb curry and after just a few bites, I had to throw it away—it was shockingly bland and easily the most flavorless Indian food I’ve ever had. The mango lassi was just as disappointing: watered down, thin, and completely tasteless. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I won’t be coming back.
