Started by Burmese refugees in 2018, Anu Sushi is excited to have both a local and global impact. Our minority-owned social enterprise produces and delivers fresh and delicious sushi daily to hospitals, universities and companies from production kitchens located in Chicago, Detroit and Grand Rapids. For each box of sushi sold via retail partners, we provide a meal to an orphan in Burma. So, Anu Sushi is not just any sushi – it’s Anu idea in giving back.
