It’s been a hot minute since I patronized this dunkin’ donut location due to old prior experience. Today was an excellent experience filled with positive energy. My order was ready, and I was greeted by my name. LOVE IT! The coffee came with good energy and tasty.

It’s 630 and Dunkin don’t close till eight that they tell me that they’re closed and won’t serve me and almost didn’t give me my mobile order that I already paid for. Not sure who took my order in the drive through but my ticket says Sabrina she had extremely long xxl nails ngl kinda gross to see when handling food. But whoever took my order had a really bad attitude very passive aggressive for no reason. I remember the type of workers that they had years ago when I would go hang out after school and it was great vibes then but this woman or girl was so nasty, give people some grace if they don’t understand the menu. Don’t be passive aggressive because you hate your job and you’re having a bad day. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going back i don’t care if the food is good. I don’t want to be served by nasty women. You work at an ice cream/doughnut shop why would you be angry lol you should be happy that’s a chill job! How stressed out can you be by doughnuts and ice cream cones

For a major chain donut place, the apple fritter is a complete embarrassment. This is not an apple fritter, it is a large apple pie mix filled donut. It tastes bad, like a McDonald’s apple pie. Horrendous. Dunkin, if this is what you got, just don’t sell it. I should have more enjoyment if I had taken my $1.59 and set it on fire. At least I would have saved the calories.
The service was great and fast though, and the person at the counter was delightful. Say least there is that.

I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 sweet maple bacon sandwiches and a apple fritter. The sandwiches come with egg and cheese; however I did not get them nor the apple fritter. I paid almost $20 to be delivered from Grudhub and gave a tip!!

I ordered two blueberry doughnuts and once I got home and opened my bag, I realized one of the employees had taken a bite out of one of the doughnuts before they handed me the bag. This is highly unpleasant, unprofessional, and unsanitary! I am going to speak with a lawyer to find out my options.

I come to this dunkin all the time and order through the drive through. My orders are sometimes 12 items and never have been tuned away. Today my wife had our two children 3y/o and 10 month old in the vehicle and went through the drive through. She ordered and added a few more items for visiting family but it was not more than what we have ordered in the past. The rude lady in the drive through demanded my wife to come inside because our order was too big for a drive through order. There is no sign anywhere saying a limit, and I’ve ordered more in the past so why was this never addressed? I think it’s unprofessional to make up rules as we go, drive through or front counter the order would still need to be prepared by the same person/people. She embarrassed my wife and after my wife explained she was only using the drive through because of the kids she was rude and told her to wait out front and we will bring out the food. Of course they did not rush to make or walk out her order. I’m not sure what the problem is but if you don’t need this job or don’t want to work there you can find another that you don’t have to deal with people. But I’ve worked customer service my whole life and I know that is not how you do business. I will be making it my mission to escalate this issue as high up as possible so no mom has to deal with people like this.

I ended up leaving the drive through this morning because the woman working it was SO rude, pushy, and impatient. I’ve never had an experience like that ar this location before. There’s another Dunkin down the street so I chose to go there. I will never be back at this location again because dealing with someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there or have time to help customers is not worth it.
