I went there with my Son on our Father-Son day and we had a great time. I had the 12OZ ribeye which was impeccably cooked and my Son had hot wings, and for dessert he had the Texas sized brownie, it was so huge he couldn’t finish it so he took it home. Great service, great atmosphere and great food.

Been here twice and the food sucked both times. It looked great… BUT I Sent my salmon back it tasted like I pulled it right out the sea, so fishy. 8 oz steak came back as a 6 oz steak. We will never give them a third opportunity to screw up our food. Worst returaunt in Wilson even old buffet Chinese taste better.

Second time we have attempted to have dinner there. Both times were apparently peak weekends (mother’s day and graduation), but both times were Saturday nights. The kitchen was supposedly backed up/crashed. Doesn’t the manager need to be back there (even if there is a kitchen manager) instead of upfront sitting with customers offering them gift cards because it took over an hour to get their entree? Meanwhile, the restaurant has a lot of empty tables. The food was pretty good and our server was great.

Nice enough place. Standard steakhouse fare. The staff was very friendly and we were seated almost immediately. There was a bit of a wait for the food but the waiter said the kitchen was short staffed. I will probably change this to 5 stars if the wait improves next time. Either way, I will be back.

Y’all, Joy is the best when it comes to serving her customers. Very attentive and as seated, right away asked if we wanted drinks and appetizers. She conversed with us and made us feel at home. Everything I ordered came out fantastic and my fiancée enjoyed everything but did say the salmon was a bit dry. Other than that, enjoyed our time here at Texas Roadhouse.

Food is not great, but not bad either. I had grilled salmon with rice and veggies. The “hostess” ignored the fact that there were people waiting to be seated in an uncrowded restaurant, but luckily a waitress realized what was happening and seated us. Waitress was very nice and prompt. Very small crowd on a Thursday night.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my 35 years on this earth. The staff, the host, the dishwasher, the cook and the manager are terrible for business and have no business being in the public service industry. Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes from the time we walked in til the time we got our food. The drinks were an hour wait. It also took 20 minutes to get our bills right. The food was terrible. The manger had the nerve to say “ at least the service was good right”?. Heck no!!! Stay away

Usually a good experience, but not so much on this visit. Our waiter seemed a bit indifferent, usually get great service. Rolls that come out to the table were cold. Ordered the beef tips with mushroom gravy and the gravy was lukewarm at best. Will give them another chance, but last visit was disappointing.
