This is my second time ordering at this location. I’ve been to much much worse locations. As for my experience today I enjoyed this pizza as much as I did the first time I ordered here. I would prefer a more respectful workplace, especially when there are customers present. It doesn’t make me feel respected or valued as a customer to overhear such personal informality. However, I cannot deny although the service wasn’t stellar; the pizza was VERY GOOD. Please work on better customer service. Good job on delivering a good product.

Got delivered the wrong order. We initially weren’t upset when we called because we just wanted to let the workers know that someone else had received our order. We weren’t asking for anything in return. The worker who was initially on the phone was super nice about it. Very professional, understanding, thanked us for letting them know. He put the manager on the phone, the manager sounded very rude and had asked us to go outside and hand deliver our pizzas to our neighbor as that’s who received our order. We weren’t going to do that anyway because if you know the rules and laws about the food industry you know they can’t take the pizzas back let alone be given to another customer. My husband told him our toddler had already had a piece of pizza and the manager said “Well I have to go remake their pizzas now” and “Have a blessed day” in a very sarcastic tone and hung up on us which was very rude and unprofessional.

Horrible Service! Ordered food and the driver just left it at the wrong door on the other side of the building on the coldest day of the year right on the floor. No call or anything and he had an attitude. Called the store the manager had an attitude and said well you got the food. And then spoke with the owner who did not care at all. Worst location ever and anyone who gives this place higher than 1 star is a liar. Somehow my order never arrived TWICE? Refund? Nah, what does that mean to a bunch of kids that clearly get paid to do nothing. The first time, perhaps bad luck. Been waiting for that refund for a month, but the second time today? A true joke with kids that don’t know how to properly handle customers requests. Do yourself a favor and shut the store down before you piss off the wrong costumer on the wrong day.

This place is a disaster. Ordered food at 5pm, at 6:45, the app said it was ordered. Obviously not. When the food finally showed up, the Philly cheese sandwich had almost no beef. My chicken bacon ranch pizza did not have bacon nor chicken on it. I drove to the store with pizza in hand, and the employees were so mad and upset. An hour later, I finally had the remake of the pizza in my hand. Upon inspection, I found that the remake was made incorrectly. I originally ordered thin crust, and the remake had regular crust. At this point, I didn’t even want to argue any further, nor did I want to wait another hour for a 2nd remade pizza.

I wish to give you 0 stars because of your service at this location. I ordered using the app at 6:53 p.m., and according to the tracking tool, my order was being prepared and was supposed to be ready between 7:04 and 7:14 p.m. It was a pickup. My husband arrived at 7:16 p.m. but my order was not ready, not even ready-made. The team who works at this location does not use gloves, so forget about health care policy. My order was ready at 7:44 p.m. without any of my specifications because they add black olives when I said NO, pepperoni, and pineapple in both when I just bought for one.
