I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I ordered a 10-piece chicken meal, and when I got home and opened the box, I found a chicken wing with visible feathers still attached. That was disturbing and unacceptable. I took a photo for proof and had to throw the piece away.
To make things worse, the rest of the chicken was dry and flavorless, and the biscuits tasted odd—like they weren’t fully cooked and had a strange tart taste. I was really looking forward to a good meal, and instead, I felt like I wasted my money on food that wasn’t safe or enjoyable.
I tried to report the issue through Popeyes’ chat system, but they kept asking for a receipt I was never given. This whole experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes food safety and quality more seriously.

Frozen chicken tenders is crazy. I even used my points that I’ve been saving just to be disappointed. Hoping I can get my money and points back smh.
Updated: So after seeing your response, can you just focus on refunding me my money and also points. That is all I want, I don’t care about you trying to better this location with feedback as it most likely won’t make it better anyways. Given the other reviews. I will not be revisiting this location. And thank God I don’t have too. I worked hard on those points. Just to be robbed.

Let me say this, I think all the time and I never had as bad of experience as I had today. I placed a mobile order and didn’t get my order until almost am hour later even though it had already been made, packaged and was waiting to be picked up. I decided to go inside and wasn’t helped for 45 minutes even though I was the only one at the mobile pickup counter for the majority of the time. I’m not sure if the young lady didn’t see me or if she was ignoring me. Finally the kind individual who was taking in person orders stepped in to help me (shout out to you) and passed my order to me. The food was past cold at that point and overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I came through the drive thru and had my order took at 7:19pm I did not receive my food until 7:40pm after I stood at the door to see what was taking so long. It looked like the tall light skin girl named Naya had an attitude. After making it home I noticed I was missing my fries from 2 different meals and when I came back the girl Naya did not want to give me my fries. I had to show my receipt to the cook Dee and even then it seemed like Naya still didn’t want to give me my fries. I spent over $30 on this order and so having to go through all that for my food is unacceptable!!! They also forgot to give me the sauce that I asked for. It just seems like Naya doesn’t want to work at all and if that’s the case she shouldn’t work.

I placed an order with this location but when I got to the window the woman at the register literally never acknowledged me so I never received my order. I went to the app to request a refund . A ticket was submitted but I accidentally tapped something and the app is saying they’ve resolved the issue. I never received my refund or my order. ATP I contacted the store but the manager said don’t do in app refunds and I should contact the customer service . The customer service is the same AI Chat box that told me they’ve resolved the issue. I spent 21 dollars for food I NEVER RECEIVED. Instead my kids had to go to bed hungry because that was my last 20 bucks and I was really counting on them. I am never ordering from here again. From now on it’ll be KFC.

I’ve been here a few times and each time my food tasted different. The last time my chicken had NO flavor, literally just chicken thrown in grease bc it was definitely greasy and flavorless

The service was good but I had to wait for 15 minutes and the food was crispy and cooked well but it tasted like someone forgot to season the chicken! I love Popeyes but I hope someone shows whoever prepared that bland chicken how its done!

I went thru the drive thru at 9:15pm. Ask was it any fresh chicken and the light skin tall girl got an attitude and change the headset to a short men and he had to finish taking my order. I guess the light-skin tall girl had some word to say thats why the headset was changed. I got to the window and the short men told me they only had breast and thighs. I told him i don’t eat that. The (short lady) general manager came to the window and i asked her can i get my 5pc (2 wings and 3 leg) fresh. She said no because her cook had already left. If they close at 11pm why is the cook not there at 9pm? Then i said yall close at 11pm? She said no i close my store early on Sundays. The attitude was rude and not so tasteful. I left out of line and went to another store. This has been my 2nd time there and it wasn’t great customer service or attitude.
