During today visit i had pick up order that was said to ready i arrive on time at 12 between 12-1 was my pick up time about 45 mins into the wait an employee wearing coach tag said the system has been offline and has come back up mind you during the entire time i watch car after car pull up and get their order and for the order to be brought out customer has to input where their parking location is so some part of the system was down. now i have had it with waiting any longer its been 15 mins since said the system was back up and my order that was suppose to be already ready still has not come out so i went to door where orders are coming from and express my frustration with the situation then i see there are about 10 employee doing absolutely nothing while the same 2 employees have been bring out all the orders idk who the manger is in this department but as someone who worked in customer service before this has bar far been the worst experience i have and seen in my entire life and 1hour and 15 mins wasted due to neglect i got the biggest van in the lot and not one employee check to see where my order was. this walmart need to review is customer experience and expectation when is comes to pick up services
