This location consistently will forget entire sandwiches in an order. I didn’t go back when it happened today because the last time I did, it literally took multiple hours to get what they forgot. (That’s not an exaggeration, my 11pm order didn’t end up getting to me until around 1:30 that day). It’s not even worth driving across town again just to get half a mediocre grilled cheese. Just make sure to always check the bag before leaving.

I love the Sip Club. I try to get a Charged Lemonade whenever I can. I like several of the new toasted sandwiches as well. This location seems larger than most of the others I have been to. I highly recommend this location! Try the Strawberry Mint Charged Lemonade. It is my favorite!

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had. I usually love Panera and I’ve been to many locations across GA and this one was so disgusting I’m mad I spent almost $20 on a single meal of slop. The sandwich had so much sauce it was soggy and dripping all over and just fell apart. The salad did not have any extra toppings that I paid to have and dressing was only halfway filled. All around just gross and disappointing. It looked so thrown together and not at all panera standards.

Problems. Selling pastries without offering to heat them or offering butter/cream cheese. Just slap it on the plate.

“Yes, it’s a $1.00, sold separately.”
That’s after I tipped her $2.00 for slapping it on the plate. I did get a napkin, though.

The Asiago Cheese Bagel quality has hit rock bottom, We order half a dozen every Saturday morning. For the past 2 weeks now we have receive sub par bagels. very little cheese if any on all of them. See attached photos of what i expected vs what i received.

I’ve worked in the food business, so I know it can be difficult and easy to forget things sometimes when you’re focused on all your other tasks to complete before closing, I went in the other day and ordered a chicken chipotle avocado sammie to-go, when I got to the car I realized there was no avocado on my sandwich, my husband went back inside and RJ and the other employees went above and beyond, showing exceptional costumer service and kindness to make sure that we had the best dinner experience possible after a long day. I’m so thankful for them and it really goes to show how God can work through people. Thank you guys.

Jan 14, 2019 updated review: came in today with wife at 2:30. I ordered the roasted Turkey and avocado BLT which is what I normally have, and every time i get it it comes with ciabatta bread, today it came with wheat bread. I could have complained but i was hungry so I ate it, and it was not good; it tasted ok, but not even as good as an Arbys market fresh sandwich, and not even half the size, and more expensive…
My wife got the onion soup bread bowl, which was just warm, really needs to be hotter.
We also got an extra side item, someone’s hair, which we definitely didn’t order (see attached pic).
Had to lower to 1 star because of the hair. I hate that they have gone downhill because I used to eat here once every couple weeks, but not anymore.

I tried the turkey and avocado BLT on chiabatta bread and it was delicious. Perfect amount of bacon, Turkey and they didn’t skimp on the avocados like many places do.
One of the side choices was an apple which I chose, and they even sliced it up for me.
For dessert I got the blueberry scone, also delicious, which btw came free with my meal.
Had a nice cold Pellogrino water to drink.
Prices are a little high which is why I didn’t give it a 5 star, even though I understand since everything is organic that’s probably why.
Mykah took my order and helped me select off the menu, what a pretty and pleasant young lady she is, great customer service.
Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Most of my experiences at Panera have been good. Good food and service. This time very disappointing, paid an extra dollar to add avocado on the sandwich and it is disappointing what I got. Two tiny slices!!!!! The egg on the sandwich looked like half an egg. Normally I wouldn’t have complained, but this time quality was mediocre.

If you place an order, no need to request a specific time because they will deliver it when they get ready! If you notify a manager so they can make adjustments on future order they will let you know that they don’t really care!
