Food was really good! They did however get my order wrong that I found out when I got home with it. I called and talked to the manager and they said they would have the right item ready for me when I called ahead next time to pick it up.

Most of the staff there are polite. The time it takes for a drink when the place is empty is still terrible. Up to 20 minutes for a run of the mill soda and tea. Part of the issue is the wait time before anybody even answers the call button. Same issue at drive through as well. WHY?

Very horrible customer service! If you pay cash the car hops will ask if you want your change or can they have it!! Every one of the carhops have horrible attitudes. Only 2 people with good customer service is Victoria & Natalie!! They go above & beyond for their customers! Sonic messed my order up, made me swip my card both times & charged me both times! When I called I was told I couldn’t have my money back til the transaction is voided & could take a week! Even though they admitted that their employee is the one that messed my order up! Very unprofessional, very poor customer service! I will not be returning to this sonic!!

I ordered a ocean water and the drink has a moldy funky taste i already left before trying the drink once i got to work so im assuming the fountain machine isn’t properly cleaned i wouldn’t not order any ocean waters from this site for a while

cortney is an amazing server. our order had messed up twice and she gave us 4 coupons as a sorry for an inconvenience. every time i go up there and she serves she is always happy and has a smile on her face and is always so sweet!
