This was the first time I ate at a Panera Bread, since there is not one in Richmond. It wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t make a special trip to eat at one. I had a Ciabatta Cheese steak sandwich, Kettle Corn Chips, and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious. If one comes to Richmond, I will try it again.

Every table was dirty. Trash all over the floor. I spoke to 2 employees and they never even spoke back to me. How rude!? Very disappointing considering I love Panera. I got the Cesar salad. Little to no dressing on it. Had to go back and ask for more. Broccoli cheddar soup was good. Stale bread baguette. A reasonable person would expect more for the price. $14.00+ for one person.

I heard a lady near me talking about how the soup was smaller and so after using my high powered photographic memory I recalled how they were bigger bowls! To help others with their memory, here is a picture of the new vs the old. As you can see the new is more of a conical shape where as the old was a deep cylindrical shape. So now, after spending higher prices for smaller portions, I can’t go back to any Panera any more. It’s just not worth it.

This was my first time in Panera Bread, ever, and I was really impressed.
The environment was clean, and such a chill vibe atmosphere.
I’m not sure why I had never tried them out before.
I do not know if any new items were added to their menu.
I really loved their menu lists, and prices are affordable.
I ordered the cheese souffle and hot tea. While my colleague ordered chili, bread with some coffee to drink.

Was a good time. If you enjoy good food but don’t mind waiting about 5 or 10 minutes, thisbisbthe place for you. Usually packed, and had good customer care. The workers seem to communicate well and take care of customers and their questions.
