Probably the worst chipotle location ever. I usually mobile order on my way home from work, and they never make the mobile orders correct, I have to always contact support. They always forget something or add something that i didn’t order. They literally wrote “out of vinaigrette” on the lid of my salad instead of just telling me when i picked it up, had to go home and see it scribbled on my food. Employees are ALWAYS standing around on their phones, the place is a mess and there’s usually one person that is actually doing something. Employees also start to close the store an hour and a half early so they’re less inclined to help you when you order in person. The store closes at 10pm, why are you packing everything up at 8:30? It just happens way too often at this location, Im no longer frequenting.

Per usual a good spot, I love their super spicy green Tabasco sauce, complements the food here really well. Too bad this time I found some plastic in my food, and it wasn’t the micro kind either. It was a big piece of plastic, but the staff was super cool, refunded me. Still good food!

When we entered this Chipotle location, there was no line to order, but there was a woman waiting to order who informed us there was no rice and that she was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, and she had been waiting 4 minutes. Despite the fact that almost every table was dirty, we sat at a table and decided to wait. After 10 more minutes, she was still waiting and we had watched several to-go orders prepared with rice. So, we went to the counter to ask if it was ready. The boy behind the counter stated it would be another 10 minutes. We asked if they could make the orders with the rice from the to-go area and a manager came out to say the rice could not be moved and that we would be waiting another 30 minutes for rice. We asked why they hadn’t been honest about the wait earlier and why they couldn’t accommodate us, and the manager disappeared and never reappeared, essentially leaving a group of teenagers to handle the situation. The manager could have done a number of things – suggested we place “to go” orders so they could prepare our meals, suggested that there was another Chipotle a mile away (we were tourists and so was the other family), or been honest about how long it would take to prepare the food. When we pointed this out, a teen girl said that our attitudes were making the situation worse. What a complete failure of leadership and a total lack of customer service. You are essentially a “fast food” restaurant that should always have ingredients ready – particularly 3 hours before closing. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and ingredients demonstrated a complete failure of leadership.

I’m really disappointed. Every time I order from this place, the rice is undercooked and the chicken is way too salty. It’s frustrating because no other place has this issue—only here. I was looking forward to a decent meal for my early morning break at 4:41am, and once again it was ruined. Please fix this.

Dirtiest chipotle I have ever been too . Trash cans were overflowing, not a single clean table . I had to wipe my own table off . As we’re eating the workers in the back started blasting music over the music they have playing on the speakers . Went back up for a water cup and was ignored while they stood there on their phone

Place is literally always disgustingly dirty when we’ve been here. Out of everything. Wait forever to be acknowledged. No pico, no chips, no juices. Light scoops on everything. Not worth the money.

I love the rice, guacamole, and chips. That is my go to. The service could be a little friendlier, but I do go during busy times. They need to give a little more attention to the dining room.
