Coming in here is NEVER an enjoyable experience. Not only for myself, but also from all of the people I know. This one worker was so rude i couldn’t even believe it. If i wasn’t just picking up a doordash order i would’ve just left because of how bad her customer service was. Me and a group of about 4 others had to wait for a very long time just for her to even acknowledge our presence and hand us the bags that were already packaged and had been for at least 5 minutes. Other than this and a few other experiences I can say that a few people that work here are friendly, however the negative experiences really do overshadow the good about this location.

We catered from this chipotle for our wedding. Absolutely horrible experience. The food was over an hour late and some of my family members missed the wedding because of the catering fiasco. On top of that, some of the food was missing. And good luck getting ahold of the restaurant

This is my first time ever leaving a restaurant review in my 22 years on this earth. When I tell you that this is the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had, I am not exaggerating. They gave me a bowl (double rice, mind you) that was, at best, a quarter full. I know I ordered online and the poor workers have to listen to corporate and/or management to skimp out on portions, but to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. If I could give a 0 star review, I would. 8 dollars down the drain.

Avoid this chipotle. Horrible service, filthy, tiny portions, out of most things. Employees scream at you and clear they don’t want to be there or help you. Addressed concerns via email and basically got “Sorry for your luck” response.

Salad came with no lettuce or dressing, which is the basic requirement of the salad. We ordered two small queso & chips, and did not receive the chips. What’s the point of ordering from there if you don’t ever get your whole order?! This seems to happen every single time. What a waste of money. Like paying $10 for a $5 meal? Say no more, Chipotle Oxford is for you. I’ve had Chipotle at many places and this is the worst by far in terms of both quality and portion size. When I ordered they seemed to be having a new promotion, 50% off the portion instead of the price. Avoid if possible.

After a long, exhausting day, I just wanted to treat myself to a chipotle quesadilla. Instead, I got a bowl that looked like it had been auditioning for a role in a horror movie—sitting out for hours, probably contemplating its life choices.
For $16, I expected at least some effort. Honestly, I wouldn’t feed this bowl to my worst enemy. I mean how hard is it to put the right order in the bad, minimum wage is too high.

The good old Mexican foods, up to date online and offline service are provided. Detail and clear calories table for nutrition reference. Staff working in this Chipotle are really friendly and professional. They usually fill my bowl up to top when I ordering in store. I particularly enjoy their online order service. Now they have provided a online order pickup shelf for customer’s convenience. Would recommend this store to any chipotle lover.
