I do t understand why I can’t get light roast coffee in afternoon.
Service is great! Polite and friendly staff. Clean! Nice place to work or to have a meeting. It’s not loud so you can talk comfortably. Lots of drink variety. Great people watching area)) big windows .

Came early on a cold Sunday morning with my daughter, she had the chocolate chip banana muffin and it was very delicious, also had the French Vietnamese au lait and it was not too bad not the best cup I’ve had but I have had worse. Staff were very friendly and polite and answered questions I had with knowledge. Not busy and very relaxed atmosphere inside.

Zero stars for not being able to think outside the box. I attended a market today where my friends hands were extremely cold. I went in and purchased a coffee for myself. And I asked if I could purchase a hot cup of water and a paper cup so that I can give it to my friend to warm her hands. The gentleman at the register seemed like he didn’t know what to do. Then what appeared to be a manager lady came over and said they couldn’t do that. I said I just wanna buy a cup of hot water like you would serve a teabag in with tea or something so that I can let my friend warm their hands. They said we can either charge you for a coffee or not we can’t sell any drink drinks without drinks in the cup. I said I just want a cup of hot water you can charge me for the cup and the water. They said they couldn’t do it and refused. Absolutely mind-boggling that there was no workaround for this request and they were quite snarky about their responses. This is not Customer Service and I will never go here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful in creating drinks that met specific requests. (Holiday flavored hot chocolate and holiday steamer vs coffee). Muffins were fresh and service was quick. Atmosphere is bright and clean & is a good spot for a visit with a friend or studying.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. Such a beautiful location and more importantly, Clean!!!! The restroom was spotless, I don’t know about you but that means the world to us! The owners were there, so sweet and engaging!!!! We had I believe the ginger lemon tea, hot chocolate, pumpkin roll, peanut cookie, apple cinnamon muffin, and raspberry…? We really enjoyed ourselves sitting there talking. The chalk board is decorated by one of their regulars which I think is amazing! Please support this locally owned business!

In the newer more trendy area of Dublin, Sweetwaters Cafe is a wonderful addition. It has a casual, modern, refreshing atmosphere. I saw ppl working, dating, families, individuals, of all ages from kids to seniors. There are different seating areas including bar level, tables, outdoor patio, and sofas. There is lots of sunlight from the many windows which is terrific for Ohio weather. It is just short walking distance from the Dublin Bridge and a scenic view.
The menu is mainly sweet and has a few nice options. I enjoyed the lemon tart and I recommend it. There are also a few breakfast friendly options such as bagels, yogurt parfaits. The drinks have a large variety of expresso options and flavors. I appreciated that water was free.
My only critique was that the music was a little too loud for my middle-aged years, and the temperature a little on the cold side.
Really appreciated the servers behind the counter, they were very polite and patient as they explained to me everything.
Totally recommend.

Great little coffee shop in the upscale, clean, safe city of Dublin, OH. Service was friendly and patient (with all of our usual questions). Drink was fresh and delivered quickly. Plenty of drinks to choose from and some sweets too! A decent amount of seating.

This coffee shop is very cute! My first time visiting. I got a lemon bar and a frappe. Both were good. As far as the lemon bar I would have like more lemon flavor and less powdered sugar. I stopped in on my lunch break and while eating the lemon bar powdered sugar was flying everywhere and got all over my work pants. Black pants. So yea I was embarrassed for the day.

The staff at this establishment are incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, making it the perfect location for a quick meeting or a leisurely chat over drinks such as coffee or tea. Parking is conveniently available for free along the street for up to two hours, and there is also a free parking deck located across the street.

Ambience is quite good with plenty of tables and outlets indoors and outdoors.
I tried spiced apple caramel drink, it was way too sweet rather than being on the stronger and spiced version.
Two other friends of mine were not satisfied with their ginger tea’s, way too sweet.
We should probably customize them next time here.
