Super disappointed in the new remodel. The whole inside smells of fried food so much so that we had to wash our jackets after being in there for 10 min. We will not return to the inside based on how bad it smells.
The cashier also did not even say hello or greet us. Took 5 min to walk up to the register and just looked at us.

Don’t go inside if you want service. I just waited with my child for 25 minutes before having to get a refund since we had no time to eat and an appointment to go to. Our food had not been started. However they did mange to serve about 20 cars that ordered after us. This store was just renovated and it is unclear why they kept the dining room. All the customers in it appear to just be annoyance to the employees.

Went through the drive-thru at The Gig Harbor at Taco Time on the 25th of March at 7:33 p.m. and I have to say that Torlecsha not only took my order to Perfection but filled me with absolute joy and gratitude! Her overall personality and energy were Beyond notable as she has an infectious personality laugh and genuine care of her customers! She made my entire day because she was so delightful! You can tell that she takes pride in her job and a job well done! Thank you Torlecsha for making my day and my dinner perfect!

Food was …meh/okay, but its almost all completely store bought and premade items.. (taco shells, tortillas, cheese, meat, lettuce) crazy overpriced and overrated. Had beef tacos and beef soft tacos. 1st and last visit I believe.

This is my favorite Taco Time. Every time Torlecsha is working she brightens my day. She is an absolute bright light in this world. This lady deserves it all because she EARNED it. What a great example she must be to everyone around her to have such amazing customer service and care for everyone she comes into contact with. This has been my 3rd experience with her and she has made me smile bigger each time. Today I had to make it a point to ask her name and spelling because she has got it GOING ON!!!
