Had to give 1 star on each because we couldn’t get any of the above. Website states they are open at 5:00. We got there at 6:05. Store was dark, doors locked. No one inside. 10 mile Rd. Rockford Michigan. 1/22/26

I go here twice a week to meet with clients for coffee. The staff are amazing they always remember my name they are always friendly and go out of their way to help you out and that is why I always go to this big bees and no other which I drive 40 minutes out of my way just to go to this one.

I went to go get some coffee and I completely left my wallet at home. I let the lady know to cancel my order and she gave me the beverage for free and said it would be her free shift beverage and I was very touched by that especially since I newly pregnant. I was blown away by the kind gesture highly recommend this place!

Went through the drive thru, put my order in then paid, no reciept given. Someone else gave me my drink and sat waiting so parked and went inside due to not getting the muffin I ordered. She stated she didn’t hear me. If a reciept was given I could have easily seen this.

I’ve literally come here all the time for so many years now, but the past two or so the people working there just straight up don’t care. I never thought to review it until now but my last experience was just not it. The wait is absurd, I just saw them standing around talking inside the drive thru window, one person was the only one doing stuff and wasn’t very friendly when I interacted with her. I don’t know why it just seems to be a trend now of getting people to work here who don’t care but I live nearby and I’m definitely going to go out of my way to go to the one in Sparta or Cedar. Both have way friendlier staff who care and actually try and earn their pay.
