Ordered food through uber at 7:45 and it arrived at 9:00 pm even though it said 8:15-8:30. Food was cold and tandoori roti was half cooked and onion bhaji and paneer pakoras had no salt in it. The saag chilli was alright but very disappointed with the food and customer service support. I called 5 times and call got declined for them to answer ask for an update on the food and the guy barely spoke English.

Firstly… we have never had a bad curry from Bayleaf. Food is always piping hot and flavoursome. Have been using them for years and can’t fault them.
Reading all the 1 star ratings about delivery, sounds like they probably need more drivers but what can you do, more drivers means higher prices I guess.
Overall, Bayleaf will always be my go to for a curry in Huntingdon.

Set meals are amazing prices especially for what U get compared to some Indian takeaways you get more in the set meal I enjoy the food as taste fresh and not like it been re heated staff are so polite and friendly I only order from here since we lived here

Me and my husband ordered from this restaurant on just eat. Order accepted and time given for delivery. Only for 5 minutes later to receive a phone call from the restaurant stating we live too far away and they will only deliver if we give them another £5. This is totally unacceptable. Why offer delivery service to somewhere you’re not willing to deliver too? Do not recommend

Food took 2hrs to arrive. Website had a delivery time of 30mins. Food was hot. Nann bread had nice flavours. Only about 8 small pieces of meat in curries and meat seemed overcooked/dry, good flavours of Cyelon & Bhuna base.

Avoid this curry house!!! Firstly they called saying they couldn’t deliver as I live too far away (why be on just eat if you can’t deliver to my radius), so as any normal person would.. I cancelled the order. They then called again knowing I cancelled and said pay again on delivery and you’ll get a refund! Well, let’s say I never saw that money again and I paid more than double.
I should’ve been aware of this stunt but it is what it is, I will warn others before they order from here.
They’ve also made a new just eat account to hide away from all the old bad reviews on there. So be careful when you order, do not cancel via just eat as you won’t get your money back, and if they call to try and persuade you to pay on delivery… Hang up.

As others have said, food can take up to two hours to to be delivered.
It’s a real shame as the food itself is good. Our first order was generally fine, although it took an hour to be delivered but our second order was a nightmare. We made multiple calls asking where our food was and was told they’re very busy and asked if we could collect. Then they stopped answering the phone. We tried cancelling through their app but our cancellation was declined. It finally arrived at 10.15 pm, and they hadn’t even included the pepsi we ordered. They bizarrely dropped the pepsi off the next morning!
Real shame as we were happy with our first order. They very clearly have big issues with delivery during busy periods.
I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be using them again.

Hi..i placed and order through website and didn’t received after 1 hrs. When I called on phone..your so called manager told me he didn’t receive my order asking me to take my money back where I paid for food. Is this the way you respond to customer ?? Someone order food and didn’t receive and there is no apology for this. Whom shall is call to get my money back. And I need to sleep starving is none of your business.
