My husband and i love their food and eat there often or order to go. Yesterday we order ed 2 tortas with the meat, beans, cheese and avocado only. The tortas I received had lettuce and tomato(which i didn’t requested) the other torta had only the meat and beans. I called them and they saud they would rendir them. They were remade today and still only one had cheese and the other one only had beans and the meat( neither had avocado) I am very dissappoointed because i believe they arent paying attention to the food orders. The other day we ate there and I ordered the combination that has a taco, chile relleno and enchilada and I ordered a green enchilada and I received a red enchilada. Sometimes I don’t have the time to wait for the order to be corrected. In October we went to eat here. The same waitress have us the silverware that was for other customers and our to them. I asked her if i could get the one i needed. She went to get it from the other table and have it to me. The other customers were already touching the part we put in our mouth. The waitress went back and was insulting me and talking trash about me with the cook. She needs to pay attention on whats she’s doing. I’ve seen her make several mistakes and disrespectful towards other customers.

I can’t speak to food or atmosphere, but I can say the service was dismissive and unresponsive. I submitted an order online around 5pm (hours before close) and the order was cancelled without detail. I called to inquire about why the order was cancelled in order to see if I could make any adjustment(s) and was told I needed call the other location (La Fiesta Express). I thought this was odd, but called anyways only to be told by the very helpful worker there that I had indeed ordered through the main restaurant. I called this restaurant back FOUR TIMES until the call ended each time. No help. No answers

Walking in with a toddler who was in the middle of a meltdown and they cheered her right up with some fried ice cream. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was top notch, I have never had this sort of service and I will never forget this place (as we are visiting) but we will be back for sure!!!! Thank you for everything and for your patience with our toddler Jonathan!!!! You were the best!

Only place I’ll get my asada fries 5 years later and it’s still bussin. Let me add I’ve been trying to get a pic for the past five years but never can because I can’t wait to eat them and then realize I messed them up .
