Big windows, spacious! Very friendly staff! Saying thank me for leaving some tips. The door to one of two restrooms was open. So I didn’t use a secret code! But there was no toilet paper. Nice views overall! Very good hot chocolate!

I’m at Starbucks 5 times a week for work, and the management at this location needs to figure it out. My family and I made a stop here for coffee and food on our drive home. I waited outside with my service dog on a leash. I noticed he was thirsty so I took him in to get him a water.
I’m told I can’t have the water unless I order something. I have never been told this at a Starbucks. I decide it’s whatever, and just order a coffee so that I can get a cup of water for my service dog. The manager then walks up and tells me I can’t wait inside with my service dog because pets aren’t allowed. Not only was I not asked if he was a service dog, I obviously wouldn’t have even needed to wait here if I could have just gotten a cup of water.
For a company that now requires every cup to be personally written on or the employees get written up, and serves pup cups for dogs, they seem to be worried about the wrong things and not prioritizing the customers that make them their profits.
I will note that the other employees were kind, and one of them even brought my drink and the water out since I “wasn’t allowed inside.”

Usually Starbucks isn’t my coffee place, but today it happened to be. Ray was very, very helpful and went into detail to explain the meaning of “blunt” as an supplement to my drink order. He went the extra mile to ask me to taste my coffee drink before leaving! He wanted to be sure I enjoyed it before leaving! Such good customer service! He was very positive and courteous! A colleague ( didn’t get his name) was also helpful and knowledgeable about the flavor additions! They both were a breath of fresh air!

Was totally surprised with how nice and clean the store was they offered us dining service, which was totally new for us, but it was something that I actually liked and enjoyed. They actually use real plates and servers to bring out your food and drinks in a nice ceramic mugwould definitely return to this place.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. I was immediately greeted. Ordered my drink and used the clean restroom. I ended up dropping my wedding ring on the dinning area. I noticed a few minutes after leaving. When I returned to look for it, a staff member helped me look. He was so kind and determined to help me and I truly appreciated it!

This Starbucks is the best I’ve ever stepped into. The restrooms are very clean.
All staff were welcoming, kind, polite, and friendly.
Instant 5-star experience as soon as we walked in and throughout our visit here. These baristas are hitting all the marks! Keep up the good work. I’m impressed and will forever make this my stop on my travels. ❣️

Everyone there today deserves a raise. It’s clean, inviting, and my extra complicated drink exceeded my expectations.

I went to the Starbucks in Delano and had one of the worst experiences ever. I was literally the second person in line, but the workers kept coming out saying “I’ll take your order in one moment,” then disappearing. This happened more than once — they would come back after 10 minutes just to say the same thing again, then leave us standing there with no explanation.

When they finally decided to take our order, they told us that one drink was going to take 40 to 50 minutes. That’s ridiculous, especially since the store wasn’t even that busy. The whole experience felt super unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. Definitely not what I expect from Starbucks. Do better.

That guy name Francisco need to go back and retrain and learn how to treat customers better if ur mad on something from ur private life don’t bring it to work and take it to customers and even the mngr in charge need to go retrain too she need to stop interrupting customer while they are explaining.

I placed a mobile order for my coffee in advance, expecting it to be ready for pickup. However, upon arriving at the store, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be completed.

Despite the lack of customers in the drive-through line and at the front desk, the staff seemed to be taking an unusually long time to prepare my beverage. I am unsure of the reason for this delay.
