Hands down the worst DQ around. Each order I’ve placed has been wrong, or missing something. This time they drowned my tenders in so much sauce it leaked out of the box. They were super generous with napkins, carefully SHOVING them inside the boxes of food to the point they were unusable & we had to scrape the tissue off the food. The cheese curd sides were smushed flat inside the box and also drowning in the tender sauce. I asked for ranch with my order and paid for 2 more, and received 2 large containers of gravy, 2 packs of bbq, 2 packs of blue cheese but no ranch. It’s not even like the order was overly complicated – two 6pc tenders and curds, & mini blizzards. They double cupped the blizzard and left the prepared blizzard inside a dirty used cup & when I tilted it back to finish it off, I got covered in melted ice cream from the cup underneath. Just nasty. And it’s sad. We ordered from them shortly after they opened & the service and preparation was just as bad then as it is now. Nearly $40 for food that we could barely eat. Never again.

Dont visit a lot, but when i do… The food is always mediocre. Normally the ice cream, pretzels, and cheese curds are the good parts. Sometimes the chicken strips. The staff don’t seem to be very well trained. They are always confused about something, even when they only have like one or two orders going.

Melted blizzard. I had to wipe the dripping ice cream off it as the employee handed it to me wrapped in paper towels with ice cream melting down the side. I thought part of this brand was to flip it upside down??? Awful service. I can’t believe I paid $6 for this!

Just went through drive through to get a banana split. After paying I’m handed a half melted banana split that didn’t look like it had much ice cream. I asked them to fix it. They said it weighed right and wouldn’t fix it. Last time they gave me one with bad bananas. This place deserves 0 stars. The employee who gave me the banana split like that needs fired. This is pathetic. This place has no customer service whatsoever so ever.

I went thru the drive thru and asked for chicken stripsand a sundae. I declined the meal 3 times. I still paid for and was given the meal box. The staff was nice but the sundae made me sick. Clearly, the ice cream machine needs to be cleaned.

Got the wrong items and that was an extra charge.
Then to see the employees hanging outside the drive though windo smoking like where do they find these people never ever again will i waste my money at this location its a joke a pathetic joke

Ordered a cheeseburger without cheese. Had to tell the person taking my order to keep everything else, just remove the cheese. Did the $7 deal with fries, drink and small sundae. Sundae came first, wanted over 5 minutes to get the rest of the order. Meanwhile, my sundae is melting (ordered hot fudge). They finally stated my order was ready, I received a burger that just had cheese on it and nothing else. My fries were lukewarm. I took my burger back. When my burger came back out, it was cold, the bun was stale and chewy and the lettuce was everywhere but on the burger. By the time my order was finally ready, my fries were cold, my sundae was melted and my burger was inedible. Next time I’ll go to Waffle House.

Be Warned! Placed my order for pickup at 1234pm. Walked up to the counter at 1246pm to ask about it. They still didn’t seem to start my order. Other customers had come and gone. Food was ready at 1:00pm. Everything (burgers, chicken strips, and fries) were all cold. Did not even want to wait for it to be remade. I do not plan on coming back to this location

The bun was as tough as leather; one half of the patty was very salty, while the other half, flavorless; they forgot my fries; I ordered a vanilla MooLatte and got a vanilla shake .. not a hint of coffee. So clueless, I don’t even think they know where they’re working .. i.e., seem to be unfamiliar with their own menu. Very, very weird. You should just drive on by.
