Never fails to impress, and their special rolls are both special and massive. The staff are very friendly as well, and sushi does not tend to take very long to come out at all. Favorites would be for the Mt. Shasta and Eye in the Sky.

Food was honestly Stunning and much bigger than I had anticipated!! The Staff were extremely professional and were very friendly and knowledgeable. The total atmosphere of the restaurant was Perfect, and made for a very relaxing meal as well as a great place to relax and talk.
I’ve been to many places who have said their food was big in size and portion, but AMI Sushi was the only place that held true to their word about what they were serving.
Will definitely be coming back here! Fully recommend anyone who’s wanting a great meal and atmosphere great place to relax to come here!

We’ve had a lot of disappointing restaurant experiences lately, but we found Ami Sushi last fall and have been coming back consistently ever since. I usually order the chicken yakisoba noodles and switch up the sushi each visit.
Today was next level. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the vegetables were cut just right, the grilled chicken was juicy, and the sauces they use are truly one of a kind, nothing tastes commercial or generic.
I actually called them back just to say THANK YOU. Highly recommend.

Holy Mackeral–or I mean, HOLY NIGIRI!!! This place has GENEROUSLY sized nigiri & Sashimi. It melts in your mouth. The rice? Perfecto. This is by far the best sushi spot in Roseberg. I don’t ever have a means to go through Roseberg, but if I ever do again in the future, this place is a must! It’s also very affordable! And, the man behind the sushi counter was also kind.

They are so friendly and welcoming. Very good vegetarian sushi and inari! Very sweet and thoughtful to kids, they offered smaller bite size sushi for my three yr old. Definitely going again!

Very fresh fish and friendly staff. The biggest pieces of sushi we’ve ever experienced, making it hard to eat with chopsticks, we finally moved to using forks, which was funny and awkward. Overall it was a good dinner.

If you think you don’t like sushi, then you haven’t eaten at the likes of Ami Sushi before! Even if you have, they serve BBQ food as well! It was my first time eating there and the food was simply delectable. The chef was so kind and well-mannered too, as were the waitress and rest of staff. Don’t even get me started on the udon! I had never had it and now I think I want to swim in it. If I could give them six stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend if you are thinking of trying or want a fresh and delicious new place to eat. I also tried my first Japanese beer and it was delicious! There is no doubt in my mind that I will be returning.
