First off, no doubt this wonderful gem located in the small town of Max North Dakota serves the best burgers in the entire state. Wife and I were visiting our family nearby and decided to try this out for lunch,her uncle and I got the Western Patty Melt, my wife got the queen Victoria burger, and we got her father the poutine burger…. holy smokes! All of them were fantastic! Locally sourced ingredients. Home made sauces. Beautiful location next to a big pond. Cheap drinks and warm nice people. Can’t wait to come back!

First time here last eve. Hubby had the special which was prime rib sandwich with fries, both were awesome! I had a BLT with deep fried chips, loved them. The service and friendliness of staff was outstanding! Will definitely be going back!!!
