It’s unfortunate I even have to leave a one-star review. The young lady working the counter seriously needs better customer service skills.

I ordered one of your wrap sandwiches, but you were out of banana peppers — which normally come on it. I politely asked if I could substitute jalapeños instead. She told me no because wraps “don’t come with anything else.” I explained you were out of the item that belongs on the wrap, and she still refused, saying jalapeños cost more.

Then she told me she could give me jalapeños on the side. I pointed out that it’s basically the same thing — except now you’re giving me more than I even wanted. Her response was simply, “I don’t really care.”

That interaction alone says everything. Please work with your staff on basic courtesy and problem-solving when items are out of stock. Customers just want to be treated respectfully

Beautiful music and pretty decor, the staff was pretty friendly but the reason I am leaving a review is because of an employee, her name was Katrina and I think she was the manager? she was help training someone and she was so kind with the teaching and was so kind and patience with me. I am hard of hearing so I was super greatful when she spoke louder and slowed her speach making me her priority, she deserves a raise! Thank you subway

if i could give 0 stars i would this subway sucks food tasted and looked old service was so slow ive been to this location once before and their was a young girl who’s name tag read kayla and a bearded hispanic man without a name tag they had great customer service and worked very fast together the sandwich was amazing, i was very pleased due to the fact i was in a huge rush however this time it was someone different they worked very slow when i ordered my sandwich it seemed like he had no idea what i was talking about then after all the confusion and also about 20 minutes i left. i opened my sandwich in my car and it was completely fallen apart with sauce everywhere. the sandwich was also absolutely disgusting because of the brown lettuce and spinach .

It was such a nice place to be, I’ve been here a couple times in the past and this was the best experience of all those other times, Katrina was amazing! She was quick and super friendly was helping me with different recommendations and just genualy looked like she was happy to be there. The music and the decorations also adorable It felt so festive and the place was so clean, will definitely be coming back.

The dude working the sandwich prep told me that he couldnt give me a certain type of bread because its reserved for online orders and they cant tell people they dont have a certain kind of bread online.. im here at the establishment ready to be fed? What happened to being prepared for the literal thousands of people that walk through walmart in a given day… so i could only get wheat,

Then the other one (which were the only two in the fast-food establishment) said they dont have the power to tell people online they dont have something? Well who does because there should be some kind of manager title running the place, which is completely unprofessional for any business mind you.

The prep station had nothing in it and he had to get my steak for my sandwich from the back. Lathered my sandwich in so much sauce i feel like i got a sauce sandwich with a little meat in it. Everything else i did put it in it he smashed down so tight it looks like my sandwich was put in a vise grip They were completely uninterested in their job and even openly admitted to knowing that the bad reviews online were about them right in front of me and didnt care in the slightest.

And then in the grand scheme of it all the man had the audacity to try and upsell me on there cookies. No thank you do better Subway!

I wish to express my sincere disappointment regarding the service I received today from the serving lady at your sandwich restaurant. Her behavior was far below the standard of professionalism and care that any customer should expect.

Despite placing my order over twenty minutes earlier, it had not even been started. When I politely inquired about it, instead of showing concern or offering a solution, she chose to make light of the situation and display open disregard for my request. Moreover, when asked about a refund for items that were never provided, she refused, further demonstrating a lack of respect for both the customer’s time and basic fairness.

It is deeply discouraging to encounter such indifference in a service environment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure future customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve.

The fresh ingredients were wilted and not that good. The employees were kind of grumpy and when someone tried to ask for help they ignored her for a few minutes. They just felt very rushed. They did have a cute elf on the shelf.

had no prep work and was out of everything. Food station, completely dirty !! trash was coming out of prep table. Fountain machine was out of half of all drinks and trash was spilling out, soda on the floor, which made drink station very sticky to walk up to. also, employees was very rude and had bad attitude, employee rolled her eyes after asking if they had cucumber and snapback saying they were out of a lot of things . dressed very unprofessional was Chucky pajama pants. I understand things happen, but before I ate , I sat on the restaurant for about 20 minutes when they have no customers and they didn’t even try to pick up or restock any of their low food and nothing fresh

The air was full of confusion. I don’t work therramekinshad about as much understanding of what was going on as anyone else. One girl couldn’t find ramekins so she went into the back to hunt for ramekins and immediately after she left the other employee pulled ramekins from right where the first girl was initially standing.

Got multiple sandwiches and after I paid I was asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes and A bag was set on the counter for me to put my food into. Utterly surprised I did bag my own food but forgot a dipping sauce on the counter. Proof that the customer doesn’t always know what the hell is going on.

Baffling service but rating five stars for comedic relief. I will be talking about this trip to Subway for weeks to come. I gave a 20% tip to bag my own food which I shamelessly ate on The floor of my empty house laughing uncontrollably from time to time over the absurdity of my trip to Subway. 10 out of 10.
