Longhorn Steakhouse in Pembroke. What a delightful surprise. Or experience surpassed our expectations. To our surprise, everything was perfect except a little bit of wait time. But is all well worth it. The restaurant does not accept reservations but you can call ahead and put your name on the waitlist from their website. Then you will get a text when to expect to be seated.
The restaurant was packed with people waiting for a table. We walked in and was seated as our name was called from the waitlist. The hostesses were friendly, polite and professional. Once seated, our waitress, Taryn S. Came by and took our order. Taryn was awesome! Attentive, courteous, polite, friendly and efficient. As busy as it was, she filled our glasses and refills for drinks. Food was served and she was there checking up on us as well as the food server. Food was fresh, perfectly seasoned and prepared, true temp and absolutely delicious. Ordered the Outlaw ribeye with mash potatoes and asparagus and wife ordered the Flo’s filet. The service, the food and drinks were so good, we both thought we were at a high end steakhouse but without the high end price tag. Highly recommend. Definitely coming back and indulging on the other items on the menu.

We dined at LongHorn Steakhouse in Pembroke and left impressed. The food was very good — steaks cooked just right, flavorful sides, and the signature bread was a nice touch.

It’s perfect for a family getaway. The staff is very friendly. What I didn’t like was that we waited so long for our food, and when my sirloin arrived, it was overcooked. I told my waitress, and she changed it without any problem. I loved the service.

My husband and I have been going to Longhorn in Pembroke since it opened, and we love it! We have had almost everything on the menu, and we’ve never had a bad meal. The steaks, ribs, and salmon are cooked to perfection. The appetizers, sides and desserts are fabulous. I have brought friends, family, and colleagues to this restaurant because it is that good! I would definitely say first class dining!! Thank you to the manager, wait staff, and of course the chefs and kitchen crew. A fantastic experience every time!! Thank you for your attention to detail every time…!

The wait staff was incredibly friendly, but the food was very slow to come out. The steaks were under seasoned, and while my partner’s was properly cooked, mine was made incorrectly. Twice. The first time my medium rare came out medium well, and the second time it came out raaaaaare. Like purple rare. It was good that they ended up comping the steak and giving me a $10 gift card to come back, but I still ended up sitting there for over an hour and a half without getting an actual meal to eat.

Very nice wait staff and great service. Had the lunch menu and wow everything is so salty. Got the onion appetizer and was ok but dip wasn’t good. Daughter got a hamburger it was ok, fries were cold. I got the chicken sandwich it had nothing on the roll (expected ranch dressing) and was ok but again wow the salt content. Won’t be back. Maybe the steaks are good and that’s why people go? Again though staff were really nice.

She (believe her name was Taryn or Sharon..so sorry for not confirming) was so efficient and sweet and knowledgeable! So responsive to the table and our needs. Charred burnt and tasteless this use to be my favorite restaurant up until today . I got my steak redone and ended up bringing home another burnt steak . I travels over 40 min waited for 40 min for this ! I’m so upset !
