Food is flavorful. I got the spinach and crab dip. Served warm with toast. Friend got the Pasta Mardi Gras. Bit spicy for those who think pepper is hot. Classic Ceasar salad had just the right amount of dressing, crisp cold lettuce, with perfectly toasted garlic/herb croutons. Delicious.
It’s a bit pricey, but you are paying for big portions of seafood. Staff is welcoming and kind. You can tell they work well together. (The one we encountered anyway)
Our waiter was Devonte whom was professional and attentive and suggested great choices
I ordered the red snapper and lump crabmeat
Husband got the fried platter
Our food was delicious
Well seasoned and plated professionally
Chef’s Kiss
Great choice for lunchtime
I was town for a conference and decided to stop by after seeing all the great reviews online—and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely comfortable, even as a solo diner. Everyone—from the host to my waiter—was warm, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere was inviting with great music, clean surroundings, and an overall welcoming vibe.
I started with a guava mocktail (can’t remember the exact name, but it was amazing!)—a refreshing blend that tasted like guava lemonade with a little spritz. Then came the seafood gumbo, and baby, it was good. As someone from the Caribbean, I usually like my food with a little extra spice, but this gumbo was flavorful, hearty, and packed with shrimp, sausage, and rice. They didn’t skimp on anything! My waiter paired it with buttery, garlicky toast that was chef’s kiss perfection.
For my entrée, I went with the Cajun pasta, and wow—everything about it hit the mark. The shrimp were grilled to perfection, the sausage was seasoned just right, and the flavors were rich and comforting. They were generous with the seafood, which I truly appreciated. Every bite made me feel like I was sitting in New Orleans.
From service to presentation to taste, Pappadeaux absolutely delivered. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Whether you’re dining solo or with a group, I highly recommend this spot for an unforgettable meal.
Deserts all good, key lime is GREAT!
