We came here for brunch due to the fact that I was injured and couldn’t ski and the place was mostly empty, but it makes sense because it’s a ski town. The service was great, although the brunch was okay. I love my eggs and mimosa. I think my pancakes were a little dry. My partner loved his omelette.

Went here for late breakfast. The atmosphere was nice but there was only one server and they were stretched too thin. We seated ourselves and it took awhile for service before and throughout the meal. The pancakes and potatoes were dry and the food was okay. The sausages were good though.

Brunch at G. Willikers was fantastic! I had the eggs Benedict and it was delicious — perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and beautifully plated. My friends had the lobster roll and pancakes with eggs, and every meal was a hit. You can tell the kitchen puts real care into every dish.
The service was warm and attentive, and the vibe was cozy and relaxed. Perfect for a weekend brunch. Hard to believe it’s only been open less than a year — it already feels like a go-to spot. If you haven’t been yet, definitely make the trip. G. Willikers is a gem and absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Visiting family in Burlington, VT and we made a special trip out to G Wilikers in Stowe, VT for Sunday brunch. It’s a cute little restaurant attached to a local inn. We arrived near the end of brunch service but when we entered, were greeted & seated (no wait). The vibe is cozy inside – minimal and modern decor with dark woods, exposed beams and industrial touches. Definitely giving upscale casual space with a straightforward menu (Sweets/Savory/Omelettes/Sandwiches & etc./Sides). Our server took our drink orders and even placed an immediate order for pancakes for my “starving to death” little one.
For drinks we ordered coffee, Bloody Mary’s, mimosa with pineapple juice, orange juice and an Irish coffee. I loved my mimosa which was a generous pour and got to enjoy the garnishes from my uncles bloody (it comes topped with bacon/celery/olices/lemon & lime)! I also tasted the Irish coffee which was topped with a little whipped cream and brown sugar, the first sip put hair on my chest too strong for me but hubby loved it.
Our group of 6 pretty much covered the menu; we ordered mom’s pancakes with side of bacon; 2 orders of Gerald’s eggs Benedict; stuffed French toast; a la carte pancake/sausge/egg, and a lobster roll for me. When I say this was the best lobster roll I’ve ever had I mean it! Beautiful chunks of lobster meat, simply dressed and served in a buttered roll with perfect fresh cut fries. My mouth is watering remembering it!
Everything tasted amazing! Like incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned. Delicious bacon & hollandaise on the eggs Benny (2nd best bite); perfectly fluffy pancakes with maple syrup; sweet mascarpone in the stuffed French toast – I didn’t even need syrup. The chefs really did a great job and since we were the last to leave they came out to greet us and ask how our meal/service was. We have plans to be in the area again and I’m thinking of returning to taste more.

We stopped here during our vacation with my friend Charlie and we were blown away! The food was absolutely fantastic I had the Potatoes O’Brien, my husband has the Eggs Benedict, and my friend had the Irish Breakfast. We left with extremely full bellies and smiles on our faces. The staff there were so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was cosy, charming, and felt like home. If you are in Stowe this place is a must!!! You will not be disappointed.

Attended the Valentine’s Day tasting and wine pairing dinner last evening. It was such an amazing fine dining experience! The food, wine, presentation and service were exceptional! Courses came out on time and when expected. The extra touches, Prosecco upon entering, towels and candlelight at the table and party’s name on the menu made the start of the evening so fun. The rose presented by chef at the end of dinner truly made this first dinner club special! We cannot wait for their First Friday Supper Club starting in March!!
