This is the worst Burger King location on planet Earth. Do NOT go here. I have been three times in the last year and all three times left with no food. Keep in mind all three times I went were at lunchtime between 12pm and 2pm. On the first two occasions, I was told, the system is down and that they couldn’t take orders. I thought that was very strange but I decided to give them one last chance several months later and was able to place an order. The conversation went like this…”I would like a whopper and that’s all.” The response was “we out of whopper meat.” I said, “you’re out of whopper meat?” The response was, “we is.” Three strikes and you’re out.
Burger King corporate, if you read these reviews, you have a real mess on your hands at this location. Either close it, or fire everyone who works there and start over.

I was yelled at by the staff. Because I was waiting in the drive through at 0915, and they “dont do that breakfast thing”. The lights were on?
Shame, I Just had a great BK experience at the Vegas airport, and was dying for their bfast sandwich. Go anywhere else.

I was the only customer in the restaurant and ordered my mail at 10:50 10 minutes later. I’m still the only customer in the restaurant with no meal. They are too busy sucking up with the owner to actually take care of the customer
I asked for my money back and they couldn’t put the money back on my card so I had to take cash.
Do yourself a favor and don’t stop here for anything.

Burger King located at 3400 US-21, Fort Mill, SC 29708 near Carowinds is a very good BK! Open daily till 11:00 PM (I adjusted their Google Hours as they were incorrectly listing an earlier time)
Friendly staff, quick and well staffed too. It’s up the street from Carowinds.

Gotta say Burger King in fort mill will be the next to close. Service is terrible. Extremely slow. Shouldn’t sit 15-20 minutes in the drive thru before getting to order. Especially considering there’s 3 cars in the entire drive thru. I’ve sat here and watched 2 cars leave before I got to the spot to order food, and while sitting here waiting to order food 2 more cars have left. They call it fast food for a reason.

When I was at Burger King they had nothing in stock and there was a sign that said the lobby was open but it was not they had none of the sponge bob food only the float. my sister was so excited to get the new sponge bob meal but we couldn’t get it horrible.

I really hope the owner is reading these reviews before he gets shut down . By far one of the worst managers I’ve ever spoken with . Provided half of my order and never informed us and used lesser quality meat on premium burgers . Way to much to list . The owner would be better to close his doors until they can find better staff before the manager runs this business into the ground.

Be wary of paying with your card, I don’t use mine often but I used it here and then had a fraudulent attempt on my card. Luckily my card declined and was closed immediately but just be aware, if you have experience fraud on your account after going here….
